Emplacement
In ottima posizione , villa magnifica ,stanza d’epoca molto ampia
Niente di notabile
Prachtig gebouw, bijzondere inrichting. Klassiek.

This is to officially report what has happened during my stay at Villa Mazarin (19-20 August 2026). I direct this official report to the management/owners of the Villa Mazarin.
I had informed you I have celiac disease, a very serious and delicate health condition recognized worldwide, before my arrival (see conversation history attached from the booking app) and you guaranteed a gluten free breakfast with no cross contamination would have be prepared for me - as in the conversation attached.
For reference, a celiac person can tolerate around 2 parts of gluten contamination out of a MILLION parts, therefore safely preparing the food is of extreme importance.
During the breakfast this morning, you brought me, inside a simple transparent glass, muesli WITH gluten in them.
I realized they looked suspicious and I insisted with your extremely impolite waiters to see the original bag where it specified it was muesli with cereals with gluten. I then proceeded to check the other elements brought to me on the table and also the yogurt you brought specified on it “contains gluten”.
You exposed my health to a huge risk and I am still under shock by this. At such a “luxurious” place I could never imagine this to happen.
I am very angered and disappointed by your customer treatment after you admitted to the mistake. Your waiter, older with glasses, told me: “there is plenty more food to eat” and your receptionist had nothing special to say if not that “I am not aware of celiac disease”.
How can you take such a health condition this superficially? How can you play with people’s health? How can you say you ensure no cross contamination and then go forward like this?
Your staff, ALL OF IT, needs to be trained to treat such health conditions otherwise you CANNOT treat them - it’s that simple and imperative.
I am still outraged and disappointed by this negative experience with you.
