Très bel hôtel
Pros:

Le lieu est superbe, le village très vivant et agréable. L’accessibilité du spa est un vrai plus ainsi que le cadre exterieur de l’hôtel, la décoration de la chambre est joliment faite. Nous avons été bien accueilli.

Cons:

La climatisation de la chambre n’a pas marchée sur la deuxième nuit. Dans un premier temps le monsieur nous a dit que c’était nous qui l’avions mal réglée mais ça me fonctionne toujours pas, nous l’appelons une deuxième fois et Il nous a amené un ventilateur. Je comprends qu’à 23h c’est difficile de trouver d’autres solutions, mais pour un hôtel 5 étoiles nous aurions aimé un petit geste commercial car il faisait très chaud dans la chambre..

Goede locatie, mooie wellness, wel zeer klassiek hotel.

Ligging en wellness

Cons:

Ontbijt was niet in buffetformule maar je mocht 5 dingen uit de kaart kiezen, wel wat vervelend. Wel vriendelijke bediening van het ontbijt.
Onvriendelijke en hautaine man aan de receptie (enkel de oudere man)
