The TV was awful. Not any international channels even CNN, BBC and worse than it, there was not a smart tv so you can’t connect your phone to it and watch your favorite channels. For such a hotel and in Madrid, you expect more. The breakfast was very very normal. Not so many stuffs and for 15 euro you can have much more better choices out there. Also there was a sink with no dishwasher liquid or dish sponge. And the worst was that there was no electric kettle in the room. So we couldn’t drink tea in the room. 😳😳😳I don’t drink coffee sometimes I boiled water in a pan 😁 and made tea.
The hotel was overall very quiet and the rooms were very spacious and equipped with a mini kitchenette. I was unsure of what size the "double bed" was, so we asked for a room with 2 beds and it was 2 double beds which was nice. The room had a decent amount of storage space as well for a few days.
Rooms included 2 coffees, milk, 2 waters and were replenished every day. The room was also very clean and the beds were comfy. Staff was very friendly. The AC was switched off for the season and the room was a bit warm to me, but the windows were able to open.
There is an option to order food/drinks to your room and the front desk also has some items for sale you might want/need (i.e. wine/beer/soft drinks, etc.). But I do not think the hotel itself has a "restaurant" or bar, but there was an affiliated one next door (I did not try it).
The hotel is a good location but not a ton is around if you are looking for night life. It was a short walk to the metro though. Since there wasn't a ton right around, it was quiet.
I don't think there was a tea kettle, which would have been nice to have. But there was a microwave. Otherwise no complaints, it was perfect for a short stay.
