We pay for an experience, not a lecture

Travel is about relaxation, but a small incident during this stay turned into an unwanted “classroom session” on your hotel regulations.

I understand that every hotel has operational constraints, but I want to remind you: Your guests have entrusted their precious holiday time to you. We pay for morning coffee, a good night's sleep, and – when things go wrong – a reassuring “I've got this.” We do not pay to listen to a step‑by‑step recitation of your employee handbook when we are already tired and frustrated.

If every guest complaint is met with “our policy says so,” then where is the human touch? I hope that next time, I hear “Don't worry, let me see what I can do for you,” instead of “Sorry, rules are rules.” Remember, policies are the floor – it's the service above that floor that brings guests back.

Sparkling breakaway in Madrid

A beautiful, clean hotel with a wonderful staff. The breakfast was amazing. Perfectly located for what we wanted to do.

Hotel fabuloso!
Pros:

Este Hotel de 4 Estrelas assemelha-se mais a um 5 Estrelas, talvez seja, inclusive, um dos melhores 4 Estrelas que estive.
O quarto é óptimo, de grandes dimensões, bem insonorizado (mesmo tendo nós ficado no 2º piso, não se ouviu qualquer ruído da rua). A decoração é muito feliz. As garrafas de água gratuitas, repostas diariamente, são uma oferta muito bem-vinda, para fazer face ao calor da cidade. A casa-de-banho é espaçosa e muito bonita. O jogo de luzes do quarto e da casa-de-banho também cria um ambiente muito acolhedor.
A decoração do Hotel (que , segundo nos informaram, foi recentemente renovado) é muito bonita, com algumas obras de arte no hall. Nota-se requinte, qualidade e bom-gosto em tudo.
O pequeno-almoço é fantástico, fresco e muito variado. Fruta fresca, pão delicioso e uma variedade de enchidos deliciosos.
Os funcionários foram muito prestáveis e de uma enorme simpatia.
Recomendo, sem qualquer objeção, este Hotel fantástico!
