La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la estación de metro y cerca de La Castellana. Las habitaciones estaban muy bien equipadas y muy limpias. Todo muy nuevo. El trato del personal todo muy rápido todo y muy amables. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, por poner una pega, una de las habitaciones tenía el desayuno incluido al ser suite y la otra no, y me pareció un poco caro 19 euros por persona, aunque es más o menos el precio habitual en hoteles. Por lo demás, todo genial, seguro que repetimos en nuestra próxima visita.

La habitación del hotel muy cómoda, perfectamente aislada y con todo lo necesario. El personal del hotel muy amable. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje antes del check-in y después del check-out para poder visitar algo más de la ciudad. La estación de metro a menos de 100 metros del hotel para moverse rápidamente por Madrid.

The hotel, its staff and facilities, expected all of our expectations. The staff are without doubt the friendliness you will encounter anywhere. Nothing was too much trouble; everything done with a smile. I will book again here for our next visit to Madrid.
