Pros:

A estadia em Madrid foi excelente. O hotel é muito bonito, com instalações e quartos impecáveis, tudo muito bem cuidado e confortável.

A localização pode exigir um pouco mais de caminhada, mas nada que atrapalhe, pelo contrário, acaba sendo um ótimo custo-benefício.

Recomendo para quem busca conforto e qualidade sem pagar preços elevados nas áreas mais centrais.

Pros:

Habitaciones muy cuidadas, una cama súper gustosa para dormir. Todo súper limpio, muy bien comunicado con todo, ya que está la línea uno a dos minutos andando del hotel. El personal súper amable, nos explicaron muy bien todo y nos ayudaron en todo momento; siempre con una sonrisa y súper amables. Es un gustazo ir a sitios así.

Close to the metro, luxurious, very clean and comfortable with friendly staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was very close to the metro. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt very luxurious and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout our time here.

Pros:

Great and attentive personel, spacious and clean room, perfect location close to metro, many bars, shops around.

Cons:

The view from the room was heading a backyard of other buildings. The breakfast could have a wider variety of food.
