Nice hotel, a bit far from downtown Madrid, quite area.
Brilliant hotel. Great location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and the pool was a highlight for my teenagers
Perfect hotel. Lovely residential quiet and seemingly safe neighbourhood, close to metro and supermarkets.
Rooms are clean, well kept and spacious. Breakfasts are also faultless and delicious.
Swimming pool was perfect to unwind after exploring the city.

L’hôtel est très bien en général mais l’espace piscine et son accès est à améliorer. Aucune chaise et on doit laisser nos effets sur la pelouse.

Nice and close to the airport but in a neighborhood so many great resturants

Its is very clean hotel and the hotel area is very quiet neighborhood. Hotel staff are very helpful. Only thing i dont like is the hotel area is far from commercial shopping area and eating area but my overall experience with this hotel is still excellent.
Room design was great for four adults. Very clean. It did help that we had a Spanish speaker otherwise I may have struggled with checkin. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great service, room, location
The hotel was fine in a dull area of Madrid my only complaint was one day there was a public holiday in Madrid City “San Isidro”
However the hotel decided to close all the facilities Bar and Resteraunt Leaving their guests in a dead zone with no facilities
Hotels are a service economy not part of local government so ended up stuck in dead zone with no alternatives
This hotel was relatively convenient to the Madrid airport which is why we stayed there. The staff was nice and rooms were clean, but very small, dark and poorly lit and actually kind of depressing.
El hotel muy limpio, actualizado y el servicio muy bueno tambien. El desayuno estaba delicioso y muy completo. Las chicas de la limpieza muy atentas y dejaron el cuarto super limpio cada dia de nuestra estadia.

Close to the metro station, only 10 minutes uber ride from the airport. Nice breakfasts. We will come back for sure.
