Budget hotel and yet still overpriced
Cons:

Constantly woken up by slamming doors - before and after midnight and 4am - left after the last one. Reception area smelled strongly of somebody’s evening meal, bathroom was tiny and smelled of damp. Furniture in room was old and worn.

Pros:

Very good location, close to Victoria station. It had everything we needed: fan, difrent charging ports (including eu), and also had a tea kattle and cups.

Cons:

Az eredeti helyen, eredeti foglalt szobát a hotel nem tudta biztosítani, ezért egy másik - elmondásuk szerint ugyanolyan parméterekkel bíró- szobát biztosítottak Carlton Hotelben. Erről mondom véleményünket: csendes, belső udvarra néző szoba, kicsi, de praktikus, gazdaságos. Jól felszerelt, vízforraló, tea, pohár. Tiszta szoba. Egy éjszakára teljesen megfelelő. A környék nyugodt, tiszta, központi helyen van, Victoria Stationhoz közel. Külön köszönet az eredeti hotelben dolgozó recepciós fiúnak a csomagok megörzéséért az érkezés és a távozás napján is! Ez nagy segítség volt nekünk.

Cons:

Tudtuk, hogy kicsi, de a valóságban még kisebb, 4 ágyon kívül más nagyon nem volt. A WC egyben a fürdő is, kicsit vicces, gyerekekkel jól elnevetgéltünk. Nincs hűtő.

Quarto pequeno, pouco espaço. Casa de banho minúscula. Localização ok.

Good budget place for London
Pros:

I accidentally had reserved a room for 2027, so when I arrived, there was no room with an ensuite bathroom. Thankfully, I was only there for a short night and there was one room left, the receptionist helped me out changing and accepting the date change to 2026 so I could at least stay but no toilet in the room was a bummer, but not the place's fault. The room was very small but clean and had a shower and everything, just no toilet. Located near Victoria station which is very central.

Good little place for budget stay after theatre trip. Great quiet location with nice restaurants close by.
Pros:

Located within a short walk from the theatre we were seeing an evening performance at. Helpful staff who let us drop off luggage ..Good tea and coffee facilities in the room. Small twin room perfectly adequate for an overnight stay . Good number of plug sockets and charging outputs. Lovely shower and a ceiling fan. Clean and fresh linen and towels. Nice quiet neighbourhood with good restaurants local or short walk away on route to theatre or train station. late checkout of 10.30.

Cons:

Number 37 room. The room was small and the wallpaper had some surface damage over the beds. The window lock was non existent, but we were on the second floor so unlikely to be broken into, through the window. But would be good to get that fixed

Lokacija odlicna, i u kvartu imate sve potrebno za boravak.
Pros:

Lokacija je zaista izvrsna, sve je na dohvat ruke. Victoria Station udaljena je svega 7 minuta hoda, što olakšava kretanje po gradu i dolazak iz/na aerodrom. Također, Buckingham Palace nalazi se na samo 15 minuta lagane šetnje, što je savršeno za jutarnje ili večernje razgledavanje. Idealno mjesto za boravak ako želiš biti u samom centru događanja.

Cons:

Namještaj je iznimno neudoban, čistoća nije zadovoljena. Čistačica nije bila u sobi niti jednom te smo za ciste ručnike i wc papir trebale same odlaziti na recepciju pitati.

Ne correspond pas aux photos, très bas de gamme!

L’emplacement qui était dans le centre. Mais tous le reste est à revoir !

La chambre ne correspond pas aux photos visible sur le site , tout était abîmé, beaucoup de moisissure dans la salle de bain, pommeau de douche sale, pas de poignée de porte pour le placard, vues des fenêtres sur le mur du toit et sale, certaines prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas, radiateurs qui fuit et malgré mon signalement personne n’es venu le réparer, 3 étages à monter sans ascenseur, porte de la douche cassé, matelas ultra mous donc à changer nous avons très mal dormi alors que nous étions là 3 jours donc nous avions des grosses journées de visite. Il manquait seulement d’avoir des parasites et la c’était le gros lot! Vraiment très déçue.
