Très bel hôtel idéalement situé
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé pour aller aux lacs de Covadonga et dans un très beau cadre.
Très bon restaurant pour diner le soir.
Petit déjeuner pris à la cafétéria.

Cons:

Le réveil par le bruit des canalisarions parce que les clients prenaient leur douche !

Fuimos a pasar una noche con mis dos hijas de 4 años. Nos dieron una habitación que tuvimos que desalojar a las 7 de la mañana por que la fuerte lluvia hacía que saliera agua por la tuberías del baño , además de un ruido insoportable de esas mismas tuberías. En recepción nos dijeron que era normal en las habitaciones de la segunda planta, la nuestra era la 204. Al hacer el check-out, solo cuando mi mujer les dijo si no iban a tener ninguna deferencia con nosotros, nos dijeron que no nos cobraban el desayuno. Nos cobraron el precio íntegro de la habitación y solo cuando rellene la hoja de reclamaciones un encargado nos dijo que lo sentía. El hotel está viejo y necesita de unas buenas reformas, sobre todo en la segunda planta. El suelo de la habitación 204 está cubierto por moqueta pero se nota que ya ha tenido más inundaciones porque en ciertos lugares se hunde. La habitación de al lado tuvo el mismo problema pero aún les entró más agua.

Ubicación espectacular, junto a la Basílica de Covadonga. Personal muy amable, sobre todo los del restaurante. Cenamos muy bien. Cama muy cómoda.

La ubicación junto al santuario de Covadonga y la Cova Sacra hacen que el hotel sea único.
Es un lugar ideal para relajarse y apartarse del estrés diario. Totalmente recomendable.

Cons:

Het lijkt alsof het personeel in dit hotel niet goed wordt aangestuurd. We werden door de schoonmaakploeg om 9 uur wakker gemaakt en gevraagd weg te gaan omdat ze wilden schoonmaken terwijl de uitchecktijd 12 uur was. De bar bedient niet op het terras, maar ruimt ook de flesjes en glazen niet op, zodat het buiten een grote bende was. De jongen van de bar was ook niet bepaald vriendelijk. Het onderlaken was niet groot genoeg waardoor dat opstroopte en niet bepaald lekker lag en de kamers zijn zeer gehorig.
Niet voor herhaling vatbaar dus.

Pros:

Grand confort à l’ancienne, grande chambre, grande salle de bain, très propre, très calme.
Dîner dans une salle avec vue superbe.
Petit déjeuner sans charme mais correct. On peut préférer se contenter d’un café/croissant à la cafétéria.

Cons:

Par booking on n’a pas vue basilique mais vue route…
À ce prix on attend une bouteille d’eau ou une fontaine d’eau aromatisée à la réception ou une boisson d’accueil…

Brutal!
Pros:

Me encantó! Volvería y lo recomiendo. La ubicación es un 10! Tiene vistas al Santuario de Covadonga, se puede ir a cualquier lado caminando y está muy cerca de los taxis que suben a los lagos de Covadonga.

El hotel en general es precioso y tiene mucha historia. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. La ubicación es perfecta. Muy recomendable.

Lots of potential - not very well executed
Pros:

Beautiful with the 'gandeur' of an old upscale hotel.
Almost like in old movies. Large and comfortable bathroom.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
If it were not for the breakfast and the parking - I would score it a 9

Cons:

Breakfast is not worth the cost nor the effort. In fact I have rarely seen such a poorly presented breakfast in a hotel. Many better options in the vicinity.
There was also a lot of confusion about the parking. It was indicated as the hotel parking, but then the guard claimed it belonged to a convent. We had to park in a parking further away, but there the police had put 'no parking' signs - they would tow us if we would park there said the message. We saw other guests using the parking. Were they more valuable guests?

Csodálatos, pihentető élmény.
Pros:

A szálloda elhelyezkedése önmagában mesés, azonban az itt töltött időt a személyzet kedvessége, segítőkészsége még magasabb színvonalra emelte. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt, remekül lehetett pihenni.
