Lovely stay in charming hotel.
Pros:

Very clean, tastefully decorated, great location.

Cons:

Only complaint is that our room faced the street which got quite noisy at night, and the window facing the back didn't open. But it is a lovely hotel and the staff were very helpful.

Gelungene Verbindung von Historie und Moderne
Pros:

Wann kann man schon in einem 500 Jahre alten Haus übernachten, das wunderschön saniert ist und mitten im historischen Zentrum liegt? Wir haben das tolle Ambiente genossen!

Das Frühstück war reichlich und vielseitig.

Der liebenswürdige Herr an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ein historisches Gebäude und hat daher keinen Aufzug, obwohl die Zimmer im ersten und zweiten Stock liegen und daher nur über Treppen erreichbar sind. Aber der Herr an der Rezeption hilft einem beim Tragen der Koffer.

In unserem riesigen Zimmer gab es keinen Schrank, nur eine Kleiderstange.

Very good for younger generation
Pros:

The location is very good and convenient. It's ideal for sightseeing for the old town. Also there are many shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

There are no lifts/elevators. Although the staff helped us to move the luggage, it was kind of hard for older ones with big luggage to stay.

Pros:

Room was very cozy and nice, the whole structure is very comfortable and feels like entering in the past while walking through the corridors. The cleaning was perfect, and the bathroom too.

Lokalizacja, personel, mieliśmy lot wcześniej niż godziny śniadania i personel włożył nam do lodówki przygotowane świetne śniadanie, bardzo wygodne łóżko

Cons:

Trochę było słychać hałas z ulicy, ale po godzinie 24 już było ciszej. To cena za super lokalizację ale mimo wszystko zdecydowanie bym do tego hotelu ponownie wróciła.

Ottima atmosfera, ottima posizione ma qualche miglioria va fatta.
Pros:

Posizione fantastica, stanza caratteristica e spaziosa,bagno con doccia e vasca, colazione essenziale ma di qualità.

Cons:

Andrebbero curati di più i particolari, per esempio nascondere i fili elettrici e materassi poco comodi. Divano letto comodo ma poco adatto a dei bambini, in quanto erano presenti parti in ferro sporgenti. Nel 2026 bisognerebbe eliminare la plastica, magari installando degli erogatori d acqua e differenziare i rifiuti. Stanza enorme ma con un solo piccolo armadio, posto in un angolo buio. Clienti con problemi di mobilità farebbero molta fatica ad accedere alla struttura a causa di scale ripide.

Molto carino ma non vale 4 stelle è un buon 3 stelle!

Posizione ottima, struttura molto carina in una casa antica con pregi e difetti, ma non da hotel 4 stelle.

Cons:

assenza di ascensore non compensata da qualcuno che riporta la valigia per 3 piani. Inaccettabile per un hotel 4 stelle. Inaccettabile avere la stanza comunicante con latri clienti separata solo da un porta senza privacy, bagno troppo piccolo con doccia che tracimanva. Non basta avere pantofole accappatoio per essere un hotel 4 stelle!
