Excellent location, but choose the rooms carefully, the size does not fit the number of people.

When it comes to accommodation, the only plus is the location of the apartment in a very pleasant neighborhood, a short walk from the center.

Cons:

As for the friendly staff, I don't know where they were supposed to be, but we didn't come across them during our entire stay. No one at the reception was that friendly or helpful. The online check-in and the deposit solution were already quite disastrous: the executive studio offered for 4 people is max for 3. Definitely don't choose it for 4 adults. I will definitely look elsewhere for my next trip to Barcelona, ​​not even for free here. I am very sorry for this review, but I can only write this way, unfortunately the airport transfer offered by Booking did not work out, but it was not the first time that Booking did not comply with something and only sent compensation.

👎Betten und Kopfkissen hart, Couch als Bett für Person 3+4 als Bett unbrauchbar, hart, keine Matratzen, also kein Schlafbett ☹️
Wenn Schlafcouch ausgeklappt ist, dann nur 10cm Durchgang zum Bett.
Hellhörig, Unterhaltungen aus anderen Apartments und Flur laut hörbar, Zimmertüren knallen laut zu, Aufzug im Apartment hörbar.
Personal spricht absichtlich schnelles, undeutliches Englisch und wirkt genervt.
Abgewohnte Möbel.
Staub, Spinnweben und aufgequollener Fußboden.
Es wird nicht geputzt, Müll muss man am Urlaubsende selbst wegbringen in die Container auf der Straße. Geschirrspülmaschine stinkt.
Bad viel zu eng, Tür geht nach innen auf.
Der angebliche Pool, haben wir nicht gebraucht, ist ein schmales Wasserbecken.
Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt, zum Schlafen reicht es. Können wir leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Struttura ottima
Pros:

Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. La struttura e le stanze erano molto pulite e curate nei dettagli. Inoltre, la posizione è davvero centralissima, perfetta per muoversi comodamente e visitare i dintorni.

Cons:

Unico piccolo appunto: la stanza per quattro persone risulta un po’ piccola, ma per noi non è stato un problema dato che eravamo in tre e siamo stati comunque bene.

Molto bello l'appartamento spazioso pulito e ordinato, staff disponibile e posizione ottima.
Un sacco di utensili disponibili in cucina abbiamo cucinato quasi tutte le sere era facile e veloce, cè pure un tavolo da pranzo.

Cons:

L'acqua calda durava poco dopo (4min) dovevi aspettare un po prima di riaverla noi eravamo 4 ragazze e per lavarci anche i capelli è stato un po un dramma però niente di grave.

Ottima posizione. Attenzione alla manutenzione!
Pros:

​Soggiorno nel complesso positivo, soprattutto per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e la posizione: una zona residenziale tranquilla, ma collegata benissimo a musei e attività principali. La stanza è super accessoriata, completa di tutto (dal ferro da stiro allo starter kit per colazione e pulizia), il che rende il soggiorno molto pratico.

Cons:

​Tuttavia, ci sono stati alcuni disagi. Il più rilevante riguarda l’acqua calda: non è indicato da nessuna parte che sia limitata e la prima sera siamo rimasti senza, dovendo fare la doccia fredda. È fondamentale avvisare gli ospiti in anticipo. Anche la manutenzione e la pulizia potrebbero migliorare: c’era polvere sotto i letti e alcuni elementi (maniglia della finestra e anta della doccia) andrebbero riparati. Il divano letto, purtroppo, non è risultato molto comodo nonostante sia molto grande.
​Struttura consigliata per la logistica, ma con qualche dettaglio tecnico da sistemare per essere perfetta.
