Pros:

Excellent staff, very helpful and polite. A little basic att times but very affordable and reasonable. Clean room and check in instructions for late arrival was too notch. Replied all of my emails very quickly and provided the correct information.

Wonderful hotel in central location
Pros:

The hotel is in a central location, the staff is very friendly and helpful; we especially want to mention Mohamed at the reception who helped us rebook the room. Breakfast offers a lot of variety and is lovingly prepared. The mattresses are very comfortable and the bathroom had a wonderful rain showerhead. Tea and coffee makers are in the room. My one disappointment was that the website shows a sofa in a standard bouquet classic room which was not the case. We needed to upgrade to a junior suite but received a discount on the new room. The suite was very large and just like in the picture. They even provided a dog bed and 2 bowls. Everything was wonderful and we would stay at Leonardo again.

Quiet. Friendly. Heart welcomed. Great breakfast, fresh fruit. Free of charge parking space. LGBT friendly. Limited pet friendly rooms. Ground floor rooms with private garden. 350m above the sea level, foothill of the Vodno mountain. 10-15 min walking distance to the city center. Recomendation.🙂

Ruhige Lage, in der Straße ist ein sehr gutes Gartenrestaurant (ca. 600m).
Leider ist der Weg zur Innenstadt baustellenbedingt ca. 2 km.

Comfortable and pleasant
Pros:

Quiet and clean hotel. Walking distance to the city center.
Very friendly staff. The room had bottled water, coffee, tea and a water kettle. The airport shuttle also worked fine.
