All rooms toilets require refurbishing.
Pros:

Swinging pool toilet and shower were in horrible condition with urin small.
Shower pressure was not right, water was too hot not able to maintain the temperature. All rooms bathrooms require maintenance. Reception bathroom requires refurbishing.

Cons:

I would not say it is 5*.

Excelente hotel con estupendo restaurante.
Pros:

Hotel de estándares europeos: habitación amplia, limpia y luminosa. El baño, grande y muy moderno. Todo funciona a la perfección.

Very foul smell in some rooms.hotel staff took lot of time to fix the issue.
Leakage from wash basin another issue.
Ceiling lights also require regular check up.

Big and well equipped room
Clean linen, comfortable bed and pillows
Good shower
Nice garden and pretty big swimming pool
Wide a la carte menu in the restaurant

Cons:

Old forniture, in the whole hotel would benefit some renovation
Old towels
Noise AC and much noise from the street even if it looked quite
Window in the bathroom did not lock up (it basically stayed open)
Being a 5 star hotel, more attention to small details is expected

Breakfast taste and quality was way below the expectation, the dining area was filled with smoke due to live counter.

Most disappointing was your website has mentioned spa facilities but it wasn't available when we arrived there. The pool was also not cleaned.

Good stay but pricey
Pros:

breakfast can be better. Lunch and dinner were good. Starters can be wayyyy better than what they are right now. Cleanliness is good but AC's shall be modified

Pros:

Beautiful property but with a pathetic staff ..the check in was not so smooth . We made a special request as it was our anniversary for a cake at the reception to which they said kindly contact kitchen when we called the kitchen they asked us to contact the reception .
The room was sapcious and good but the bedsheet was not so tidy ..

Pros:

The hotel is a bit far from the temple, in case you do not have your own vehicle , do not book this hotel. They do not provide any pick up and drop to the temple. At night it is very difficult to even get an auto from the temple.

Service is not that great, specially at the restaurant.
