値段的に　納得できるいいホテルだと思う

受付の人の態度がよく　なんでも言えた
中にあるレストランでフィッシュ&チップスとサラダを食べたが　美味しかった

We enjoyed the location but were disappointed in the room and staff.
Pros:

The location was great. Very walkable, nice neighborhood, and close to a tube station.

Cons:

The room did not look like the photos on the website and was in an unpleasant location within the hotel - underground and surrounded by maintenance rooms. The staff was unfriendly and did not accommodate all of the amenities listed in booking.

Hôtel bien situé, chambre spacieuse, bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Chambre en sous-sol sans vue et sombre, draps usés et déchirés dans le bas de la housse de couette, pas de possibilité d'ouvrir une fenêtre.

Dans un quartier Calme avec une chambre vue sur Londres. L'hôtel est très proche de la Picadilly line ce qui est très pratique.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien

Una grata sorpresa
Pros:

La entrada al hotel, decoración, limpieza, el baño,y la comodidad ( excepto el colchón)

Cons:

El colchón uf necesitan cambiarlos, el mío se hundía y estaba inclinado al final tuve que "calzarlo" con las toallas y cuando la recepcionista subió para girarlo vi que estaba muy sucio con grandes manchas marrones y daba un poco de asco.
También el alféizar de la ventana lleno de cagadas de paloma lo tendrían que limpiar más a menudo :(

La posizione, la pulizia, apprezzato la cortesia dello staff, i biscotti in camera con the, caffè e la bottiglia d’acqua inclusa ogni giorno. Buona anche la colazione, ci tornerei.

Superior staff, great location and lovely fixtures make for a good stay. I’ll be back.
Pros:

The staff were phenomenal. They managed a difficult situation beautifully and were kind and polite throughout.
The property is well-located and very nice. Garden is gorgeous.

Cons:

Things are a bit run-down and it may be harder to get things spotless.
My sink in the first room was blocked and staff moved me to another room. Because of the excellent staff, I’ll be back!
