Really happy and felt comfortable staying at the Rockwell
Pros:

Location great, it was clean and well presented, breakfast was good - nice fruit.

Cons:

My room was split level with spiral staircase, it was a bit tricky on the stairs for a 71 year old, but manageable. I would have preferred a normal layout.
Scrambled egg overcooked.

Pros:

お部屋が広いです！ゆっくり過ごすことができました！朝ごはんも良かったです！地下鉄駅（リフトもある）から近く治安の良いエリア。駅前にはカフェがあるし、ホテルからスーパーが近いなど初めてのロンドンでも不安なく快適にすごせました！そして事前の質問にもホテルの方のレスポンスも早くて丁寧でした！また利用したいです！！

Loved this hotel on the Cromwell Road. Easy access to V & A, Albert hall, Natural History Museum
Pros:

Loved its location. Walking distance to the Albert Hall and the Natural History Museum. Friendly staff and quiet rooms.
Amazing value for money. Breakfast was good value.

Perfect little hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic. Brilliant location. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfy and had great facilities. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

It was perfect. No suggestions for improvements.

Not a 4 star.. Bad experience
Pros:

The location is good.. Easy access to ciry centre via tube or bus or taxi. Very convenient

Cons:

First, it should not be a 4 star property.. A 3 star Premier inn or travelodge is much better. The room was old and run down.. Same for the bathroom.. Beds were not comfortable at all

Good location and peaceful / quite hotel.
Pros:

Location was good.
Staff were pleasant.
Liked that the room had a fridge.
Like that the hotel/rooms were quiet/ peaceful.
Shower was powerful.
Bins in room were emptied each day.
Hotel lobby was nice.

Cons:

Pillows were very uncomfortable as they were too squishy/ not firm enough. No other option available.
Shower toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion) were not replenished once during out 3 night stay, despite them being empty after day 1. Needed to ask at reception for more.
No bottled water in room - only a water jug which did not get replaced.
Hotel bar did not have beer on tap, which was a first.
Tv in the room was surprisingly very small.
Surprised that this was a 4 star hotel.

Ideal location and price but uncomfortable night stay so difficult to recommend.
Pros:

Welcoming entrance & reception area.
Actual room was quiet from external noises.

Cons:

Room 407 was tired & could do with a freshen up both in terms of decoratively & furnishings.
Bed was side on against wall so not ideal when shaing & uncomfortable to sleep on.
Bathroom was very small & compact.

Very uncomfortable small double bed. Bathroom needed updating, cracked sink and black mould on ceiling above shower. Cooked breakfast was all cooked first thing and not fresh
