A personal approach, very helpfull staff, nice, quiet and big room compared to other London hotels.
Conveniently located nearby two underground stations and execellent breakfast.
All the staff were excellent and as we arrived late the chef made a special effort to make us a hasty sandwich and fries.
There was no hot water via the shower and no plug in the sink. There were also no coffee/tea facilities.
The room was small, but just about right for 2 people for a couple of days in London. Also the location made up for it. Earl's Court station is just 3-5 mins walk and the road to the station has everything from a pub to restaurants, spas, a grocery place etc. One can also take a nice longish walk all the way to Notting Hill.
Nothing, it met my expectations.
Well-situated location, friendly staff, ample room size, good choice of breakfast options, rooms at the rear of the hotel are quiet.
There was nothing in particular to dislike but suggested areas for improvement are that the furnishings were slightly tired in the room we booked, the pillows were unsupportive and the bedside lamps would benefit from dimmers. A positional shower head would also improve the facilities.
Fair value for money, good location with about 7-10 minute walks to public transportation
Room much smaller than expected or shown in photo, especially the shower. Air conditioner was a small and noisy portable one they didn’t really serve its purpose on the warm days. Also the safe box didn’t work, but staff gave me a key to lock it instead.
Feeling cosy and safe
Attractively refurbished property with clean modern inviting style. Attractive and comfortable use of space.
Location easy to get to from Earls Court tube.
My partner was made to feel v uncomfortable when he arrived after me . He showed reception his driving licence ,my full name and the room I was in number . However they said they had no knowledge of him -40 minutes before I had filled on arrival a form with his name on ! I had to come to reception to verify his identity .
I had absolutely fantastic experience in the last days here. Exceptionally clean and quiet cozy hotel. Very kind and helpful the lady at the reception, always eager to help, I would say it’s one of the best experiences I had in London this year. The price/location/accommodation/attitude - just amazing!
Would definitely recommend to my colleagues!
Wanna thank again the reception lady for her kind support during my stay :)

Loved how quiet it was! Also, pretty close distance to the tube (which wasn't running due to the strike), and bus station, which we used daily.
The shower didn't drain well. We were there four nights and even after informing reception, it wasn't fixed. There were no curtains, so the light from the city did keep the room quite bright during the night.
Great location
Cosy hotel at a very convenient location. Excellent breakfast.
Street noise.
Excellent staff, comfortable room
Disabled bell didn’t work, wasn’t a major problem for me as staff were very helpful however this should be attended to even if not used very often.
A good place to stay in London. A good location with access to public transport plus local restaurants & pubs. The hotel is comfortable & staff always welcoming & friendly.
