Pros:

Breakfast room is small but very nice, especially on days with good weather.

unbelievable this is a hotel?, the room was in the reception and lounge area and behind a kitchen!… And 2 meters from an extremly busy and noisy road!, At 7.00pm the noise from kitchen, lounge and Road noises ( cars and bikes) !, wakes you up… and the staff is loud in reception and kitchen… i mean im not a difficult guest normally, but this is the baddest spot for a hotel location ever…. if you want some peace en quiet… STAY AWAY!. it looks nice online…. but its not… way overprized because of that…

Rooms /baths are also to small for the money… but clean and comfortable.

Wonderful Choice
Pros:

We stayed here for four nights. It was a wonderful choice of location. The view, nature, and service quality were all top-notch and special. We had amazing breakfasts. The sunrises and sunsets were fantastic. We would like to thank the entire team for their warm smiles, kindness, and helpfulness. If we ever visit the region again, we definitely want to stay here again.

Très bon séjour dans un environnement exceptionnel.
Pros:

Le site exceptionnel, la place de parking réservée, la gentillesse du personnel. Une grande terrasse privative face à la mer.

Cons:

Une machine à café aurait été appréciée…

Pros:

Tolle Aussicht aufs Meer mit eigenem kleinen Balkon.

Cons:

Alles recht eng (Bad, Ausgang auf den Balkon), starker Straßenlärm, Ausstattung eher altmodisch und Kühlschrank steht in einer Ecke gequetscht auf dem Fußboden.

Great Hotel with Personalized Guest Attention in Le Roquebrune, France

Great property. Very personalized attention by the staff. Complimentary wine upon arrival. Terrace view of the sea and yachts. Walking path to Monaco. Awesome private terrace with view. Comfortable bed and pillows. Desk for working. Breakfast was great. An absolutely beautifully charming location in a historical and hilltop town on the French Riviera between Menton and Monaco. You can walk to Monaco and get a great workout!

Cons:

Weird shaped jacuzzi tub. Everything else was very nice.

Friendly staff and a beautiful sea view, but the location made getting around a bit difficult.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the sea view was truly beautiful.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit far from the beach and shops, and the uphill walk was difficult in hot weather.

Pros:

We loved this little hotel with an exceptional view and amazing staff. The rooms and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the a la carte breakfast with the view. This was in summary an amazing experience, we would return to enjoy once more our lovely balcony. Huge thanks to very kind and polite staff.

Une vue mer qui n’en est pas une !
Moquettes sales, terrasse crasseuse avec du verre cassé, une fuite de Clim de la chambre du dessus, des anti nuisibles posés n’importe ou, végétation envahissante et non entretenue sur la terrasse, porte de la chambre ajourée, (le jour passe à travers) mini bar vide, pas de machine à café ni bouilloire : pas digne d’un 4* tout ça, rapport qualité prix inadapté et abusé !!!
