Charming hotel in a quiet location.
Pros:

Very cute hotel, felt family run. I loved the charm of staying in an old villa. The breakfast was great, including the coffee. The grounds were beautiful and green too creating a lovely atmosphere on arrival.

Pros:

We've been staying here since 2009 and it is always a pleasure. It is very clean, classy, and comfortable. The family that runs it are very nice and accommodating. The location is at the base of the city, which is great if you have a car. It's a short walk uphill to the bus station as well, or a 15 minute walk by foot to the entrance of the city (uphill, but it's Montepulciano!!!)

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was that we had to leave after 4 days... We wanted to stay

Hermoso lugar para quedarte varios días
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, justamente afuera del pueblo. Tiene estacionamiento para auto, unos jardines para relajar y adentro es hermoso, decorado con mucho gusto y atención para detalle. La habitación tuvo un espacio separado que sirvió como placar, el baño espacioso con una ducha poderoso

Pros:

Le cadre magnifique, grand jardin.Un très bon accueil. La proximité avec le centre, 5 minutes à pieds. Parking à l intérieur de la propriété c est le top. Et le petit déjeuner super, beau et bon, du salé et du sucré dans un très beau cadre, digne d un palace.

Ein wunderschön und ruhig gelegenes B&B und doch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von dem Stadtkern entfernt. Laura ist eine äußerst sympathische und hilfsbereite Person auf die man immer zugehen konnte. Aber auch die Eigentümer waren sehr sympathisch. Die Lage ist top. Ein großer Garten zum verweilen und die Zimmer im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet. Ein kleines B&B mit wenigen Zimmern und einem völlig ausreichendem Frühstück. Immer wieder gern.

Vielleicht Fliegennetze vor den Fenstern gegen Mücken. Wäre aber auch das einzige was anzumerken wäre.

Feel like you’re staying with family on Montepulciano!
Pros:

The property is private, quiet, lovely, and beautifully maintained. Lara greeted us kindly and showed us to our room, explained the use of the common areas and provided a map with a shortcut to walk 15 minutes to the heart of Montepulciano. Perfect for sunsets! Breakfast was great and convenient before we travelled on.

Séjour agréable dans cette villa à l'architecture originale et en parfait état, entourée de verdure.
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux. Merci à Laura, qui nous a fourni des informations précieuses. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée. Tout l'établissement est décoré avec goût (magnifiques antiquités). Jardin agréable et bien aménagé. Grand calme. Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Parking gratuit.

Cons:

Pas de vue sur l'extérieur de la propriété (idéal pour les férus d'intimité). Eclairage nécessaire même dans la journée dans la chambre et la salle du petit déjeuner. Les moustiques (début septembre) nous empêchaient de profiter du joli jardin.
