Charming little hotel in quiet location just outside the old town. Beautiful garden, excellent breakfast and particularly friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.

The place was superb. The room was beautiful, the grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. They even made additional eggs for my daughter. Niccolo and Laura were delightful. The walk to town was quick. Although steep at first, the return is mostly downhill.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. The receptionist was incredibly attentive and took the time to give us excellent recommendations, which made our stay even more special.
The hotel itself is nestled in toscany and beautifully maintained green setting, creating a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. The decor is full of Italian charm, making the whole experience feel authentic and unique.
Another highlight is the location: the historic center, absolutely stunning and rich in beauty, is only about a 15-minute walk away. It was such a pleasure to explore everything so easily.

Posizione ottimale, staccata dal paese in modo da sentirsi in un'isola di pace ma allo stesso tempo a dieci minuti dal centro storico.
Parcheggio a disposizione che permette di evitare la ricerca di un parcheggio.

Everything was perfect. Just as we arrived we could already smell the delicious cake Laura was baking for next morning’s breakfast. The hotel staff is super attentive and friendly. There is a beautiful garden outside. Montepulciano’s historical center is around 10-15 minute walk uphill, but manageable. You can also decide to drive there if you have a car and leave the car on a metered parking spot. We stayed for two nights and loved the experience.

I liked that the property was outside the city. The walk up to the city was about 20 minutes. I’m 75 and it was fine. It would be difficult if you had mobility issues. The bus station is minutes away. The room was exceptionally clean. Thank you, Doria. Laura was a standout as a host. The breakfast was delicious. I stayed for over two weeks (went to Il Sasso Language School) and would happily stay again.
