We arrived here on Sat 25th April to find it very clearly closed and not been open for the past week, judging by other reviews!!

Booking.com must’ve known this if others had told them and the hotel obviously knew what bookings they had coming up, yet we received no notification.

Trying to find another hotel at 2pm the same day, on the London Marathon and FA Cup semi-finals weekend at such short notice and not pay a crazy amount of money was a feat in itself. So would clearly not recommend this hotel and actually it makes me think twice about using Booking.com as well.

The best part was they took our money the Wednesday before we stayed which we can hopefully get back, but having to do that as well as the fact we paid considerably more for a new hotel marred our lovely weekend away.

I had this hotel booked for the 18th of April for myself and my partner and it cost about €150. I chose this hotel because we had stayed here the previous year and had no issues. We had flew from Dublin to London early that morning, we then got buses and taxis to this hotel only to find no one there and the doors closed when we arrived. There was also post and wooden blocks up against the door with the lights on inside. The hotel had charged my card two days prior to our stay and had made no effort to try contact me to let me know that the hotel was closed and our stay would be cancelled. We were also attending a football match in Wembley and needed to drop off our bags as they’re not allowed in the stadium. After ringing the hotel multiple times and getting no answer we then contacted booking.com where we had made the reservation. They then told us we had to wait 40 minutes for either a response or no response from the hotel directly to them. After waiting the agreed amount of time we were told our booking was cancelled and the hotel was no longer open. We then had to book and pay for a new hotel and was told we would receive a refund in 7-12 business days. Although I have received this refund, this added extra taxis, buses and trains so we could attend the event on time, whilst also pushing our travel time back by around an hour/hour and a half by the time we had gotten answers and rebooked and travelled to our new hotel.

I had this hotel booked since February, all it would’ve took was one phone call or email to let their guests know that they had closed down so we could’ve just used the money to book something else there and then. As a young couple in a different country not knowing our way around with no where to stay we weren’t impressed with how the hotel handled this situation.

Booked this hotel through booking.com. Arrived at 14:45 for check in at 15:00. Door locked. No notice on the door to say the hotel was closed. Called up booking.com who told us the hotel was closed. We received nothing from the hotel to say they were closed. Tried to call and no answer. Very poor experience.

Terrible experience. Arrived two days ago to find the hotel was closed. Had to find alternative accommodation for my stay. I had family that also arrived from Canada. We were all attending a wedding, which we were late for due to having to find alternative accommodation. Hugely out of pocket also

Arrived to check in after travelling to find lots of people waiting outside. Hotel was closed, didn’t contact guests or booking agents. So had to pay an extra £75 to find alternative hotel, very stressful and very unprofessional service to leave guests without a place to stay with no notice at all. No answering of phones or emails either.

Positive: Staff were polite and helpful.

Negatives: Everything else. Hotel needs full refurb, extremely limited parking (4 spaces), busy street outside. We arrived to be told the night previous that a car had been smashed up within their parking overnight so instantly was anxious about leaving our car here. First night hardly slept due to dreadful mattress and pillows, and the fact soundproofing doesn't exist here, you can hear everything from other rooms and outside noise.

Then 2nd day whilst we were exploring London, we received a message at 7pm to say return to the hotel immediately as they're vacating everyone. Turns out their electrics throughout aren't safe, a loud bang was heard in one of the rooms and they're closing as the whole hotel is a health and safety hazard. Never experienced such a thing before. And as I booked with hotel.com it's been a complete nightmare trying to sort out a refund as the hotel authorised relocation, which wasnt even viable. Seriously, book somewhere else.

It was close to the place we were attending, not far from the underground. The pub opposite did excellent food and the bus topped outside.

I quite like this hotel, even though it’s a tad far from the centre.

I stay here a lot as it’s very reasonable and the staff are great the lady and gentleman in reception cannot do enough to help me. Best value for money Hotel around and right near North Ealing tube

The staff were excellent, very helpful and attentive

El hotel por lo general estaba limpio y se veia reformado. El agua embotellada era ilimitada y tenía un pequeño frigorífico que para el reino unido es bastante raro que lo ponga en la habitación. El personal fue super amable.
