Terrible
Pros:

Arrived to check in after travelling to find lots of people waiting outside. Hotel was closed, didn’t contact guests or booking agents. So had to pay an extra £75 to find alternative hotel, very stressful and very unprofessional service to leave guests without a place to stay with no notice at all. No answering of phones or emails either.

Evacuated on day 2 - hotel isn't safe
Pros:

Positive: Staff were polite and helpful.

Negatives: Everything else. Hotel needs full refurb, extremely limited parking (4 spaces), busy street outside. We arrived to be told the night previous that a car had been smashed up within their parking overnight so instantly was anxious about leaving our car here. First night hardly slept due to dreadful mattress and pillows, and the fact soundproofing doesn't exist here, you can hear everything from other rooms and outside noise.

Then 2nd day whilst we were exploring London, we received a message at 7pm to say return to the hotel immediately as they're vacating everyone. Turns out their electrics throughout aren't safe, a loud bang was heard in one of the rooms and they're closing as the whole hotel is a health and safety hazard. Never experienced such a thing before. And as I booked with hotel.com it's been a complete nightmare trying to sort out a refund as the hotel authorised relocation, which wasnt even viable. Seriously, book somewhere else.

Good location
Pros:

It was close to the place we were attending, not far from the underground. The pub opposite did excellent food and the bus topped outside.

Cons:

The TV didn't work and there was a hideous picture next to the bed, it took us a long time to connect

I quite like this hotel, even though it’s a tad far from the centre.

Cons:

I wasn’t in luck as Piccadily line was closed this weekend, so i had to take other tube lines after 15 mins walk to Ealing Broadway or Common. The open wifi was unstable but Seyyed the receptionist kindly fixed the issue. Room was very small, barely space to go to the shower room. Shower head has no hose. What’s with the rule of not allowing visitors in the room? Is this a sharia hotel?

Perfect for travelling into London, The Garden rooms are magnificent

I stay here a lot as it’s very reasonable and the staff are great the lady and gentleman in reception cannot do enough to help me. Best value for money Hotel around and right near North Ealing tube

Trevlig personal som var väldigt hjälpsamma.

Cons:

Vårt rum låg mot gatan som var väldigt trafikerad så hade svårt att sova men personalen var hjälpsam så vi fick byta rum sista natten, sen var sängarna korta och min son är 183cm och hans fötter hamnade utanför sängen. Sen var tyvärr restaurangen stängd så fanns ej frukost tillgängligt. Vilket var avgörande när jag bokade så blev en besvikelse.

El hotel por lo general estaba limpio y se veia reformado. El agua embotellada era ilimitada y tenía un pequeño frigorífico que para el reino unido es bastante raro que lo ponga en la habitación. El personal fue super amable.

La cama fue bastante incomoda, se hundia hasta el punto que era difícil salir, las almohadas llenas de hoyos y muy incomodas
