Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber sowie allen Angestellten. Das Hotel ist familiär gehalten und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist perfekt und trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig.

Das Hotel hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt, ein wunderbares sehr grosse Frühstücksbüffet stand jeden morgen frisch bereit.

Pros:

We've travelled all over the world and this was the quietest, most peaceful hotel room that we've ever experienced. We slept well every night. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very filling. Most important of all is that the staff, without exception, were friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Hôtel idéalement situé , je recommande.
Pros:

Son style vintage , son emplacement directement dans la vieille ville, son personnel accueillant surtout les 2 demoiselles (matin et soir), la chambre spacieuse , la propreté et le parking.

Cons:

Manque de quoi se restaurer le soir, pas de restaurant sur place. Heureusement hôtel dans le centre.

Prima locatie op doorreis met de mogelijkheid om uit je accommodatie onmiddellijk het oude centrum te bezoeken.

Beetje verouderd maar dat past wel in het kader van de oude stad. Het bed was wel zeer comfortabel en de badkamer prima.

Gemütliches Hotel mit freundlichem Personal in zauberhafter Umgebung
Pros:

Liebevoll renoviertes altes Gebäude mit modernem Komfort und viel Flair - sehr freundliches Personal - die Chefin selbst nimmt sich Zeit für Beratung bezügl. Wanderwege etc, hat uns auch das ganze Haus gezeigt - köstliches Frühstück - Parkplatz (bezahlt) beim Hotel - wir haben die Tage im BurgGartenpalais sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!
