Bon hotel dans la ville nouvelle
Pros:

Le confort de la chambre, le lit king size, le petit balcon, le petit déjeuner et le restaurant de l'hotel avec un buffet copieux et des mets de qualité et l'amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Quand certains clients font rouler leur valise très tôt le matin dans le couloir, mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien!

Très bon accueil et logement très agréable
Pros:

C’est un établissement beau et agréable, le personnel est très sympathique et arrangeant ! Le buffet du petit déjeuné est très bon.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant le soir car la route est à côté, mais pas trop dérangeant.

Friendly place & un séjour parfait
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Amani à Marrakech.
Je voyageais seule avec ma fille de 9 ans et toute l’équipe a été extrêmement attentionnée avec nous. Ma fille a été véritablement chouchoutée pendant tout le séjour.
Malgré le fait que l’hôtel était bien occupé, Rachid nous a trouvé une chambre très calme avec vue sur la piscine et un petit balcon, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
Adil nous a donné d’excellents conseils pour découvrir les spécialités marocaines et a toujours eu une attention particulière pour ma fille au restaurant.
Les jus préparés par Khadija sont devenus ses préférés !
Et le chat Fifi était la petite cerise sur le gâteau 😊
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs.

Ce que nous avons moins aimé :
Rien de vraiment important. L’équipement des chambres est peut-être un peu ancien par endroits et le système d’éclairage demande de passer par plusieurs interrupteurs. Nous l’avions oublié la première fois et certaines lumières étaient restées allumées. Mais cela reste un détail au regard de la qualité de l’accueil et du séjour.

Clean hotel close to the train station.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful stuff, nice rooftop restaurant. Good location if you are travelling by train. Very close to the airport. Coffee and Tea in the room available.

Cons:

The room needs some renovation, especially in the bathroom.

Cons:

予約時に日当たりの良いバスタブ付きの部屋をリクエストしたのですが、チェックインするとリクエストとは真逆の部屋に案内された。フロントに行き事前にリクエストしていたことを言うと部屋を変えてくれたので、それはヨシとします。
