Pros:

Le personnel très gentil avec une petite attention Hamza qui nous a permis de profite de la chambre un peu plus longtemps que ce qui été prévu.

Sur les conseils de ses collègues, nous avons fait une excursion et un massage au spa qui fut au top. Enfin la cuisine était bonne.
Nous recommandons.

Pros:

Hotel liegt in einer guten Umgebung von Marrakesh mit anderen Hotels, daher gutes gastronomisches Angebot. Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung, ohne dass das Hotel irgendwie heraussticht.

Cons:

Wir haben eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht, mussten aber gegen 7 Uhr am Flughafen sein. Uns wurde für 2€ pro Person angeboten, dass wir ein Lunchpaket mitbekommen. Das Lunchpaket bestand aus übereinander gelegten Brot- und Kuchenscheiben. Irgendwie wirkte es lieblos.

Voelt als thuiskomen.
Pros:

We komen hier al een paar jaar graag. Iedereen is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ik was niet fit en wij mochten eerder op onze kamer wat heel fijn was.

Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé et pratique pour se déplacer à pied vers plusieurs lieux incontournables. Il est possible de rejoindre le Jardin Majorelle et le Musée Yves Saint Laurent en environ 35 minutes, et la place Jemaa el-Fna en une cinquantaine de minutes.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et de bonne qualité, avec des nouveautés proposées chaque jour.

Cons:

L’hôtel est assez bruyant en raison d’une mauvaise isolation, ce qui nuit au confort. De plus, le ménage manque de rigueur.
Le service de navette annoncé est en réalité un taxi local, relativement cher pour un trajet de moins de 10 minutes jusqu’à l’aéroport. Par ailleurs, le véhicule prend plusieurs groupes en même temps sans que cela soit précisé à l’avance, alors que le service est présenté comme privatif.
Concernant le spa, celui-ci n’est pas directement situé dans l’hôtel, ce qui n’est pas clairement indiqué. De plus, il n’est pas possible de réaliser les prestations en même temps, sans information préalable, et l’accueil sur place laisse à désirer.
Enfin, les tarifs pratiqués sont globalement plus élevés que dans de nombreux autres établissements à Marrakech pour des prestations similaires.

Great value for money, with an excellent breakfast!
Pros:

We had a lovely room with a terrace, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing—one of the best we’ve had. The bathroom was spacious, and there was plenty of room to unpack our luggage.
