Fantastic historical building in the midst of toledo with a great breakfast
Pros:

The location is excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to park the car given we were in the middle of the old town.
The lobby is spectacular and nicely emphasises the building's history.
The breakfast was also very good and a really pleasant start to the day. Well done.

Cons:

The rooms felt a little worn and could do with some refurbishment in places.
The aircon system was not very responsive.

Une grosse escroquerie

Hotel 5 étoiles, je ne sais pas pourquoi.
Nous sommes arrivé à l'hôtel pas de réceptionniste pour prendre nos bagages à l'arrivé et au départ nous nous sommes débrouillé tout seul malgré mon handicap, le trolet complètement abimé et cassé, toiles d'araignées de partout, la porte de la salle de bain et mobilier faisaient pitiés, le petit déj nous avions l'impression de déranger, la table était très salle, cela ne dérangé pas le serveur qui a mis du temps pour venir la nettoyer et à l'encontre de sa volonté, il avait osé me dire que c'est la déco de table, j'ai des lunettes mais je ne suis pas aveugle, produit de qualité mais le choix faisait pitié ainsi que la quantité en plus servi dans des assiettes zara home, et o où sommes nous dans un 5 étoiles?????, de plus pour 1 nuit j'ai payé 90€ de frais pour mon petit chien et pour se prix même pas de lit ou de gamelle pour chien.
La déco est pas mal mais il n'a pas du tout le prestige et le service d'un 5 étoiles.

Pretenciosa quinta estrella turística
Pros:

Hotel muy céntrico, bien situado para visitar a pie el casco histórico. Nos dieron una habitación amplia con cama muy cómoda de 2m x 2m. Hay cafeterías en las proximidades. Hay un aparcamiento público (Sto. Tomé), 40 metros antes de llegar al hotel, antes de doblar la esquina (20 €/día); si está completo no suele tardar mucho en quedar alguna plaza libre. El hotel tiene un vestíbulo muy vistoso, con una bonita montera acristala en colores; hay una barra de bar elegante y muchos sofás y butacas, con música ambiente agradable.

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación con ventanas a un patio interior. El ambientador sólo opera en el vestíbulo de entrada; en los pasillos resulta ineficaz. Es inmerecida la quinta estrella turística que tiene concedida, ni por la atención en Recepción, ni por la excelencia de sus instalaciones.
