Simply beautiful hotel, clean and special!
Pros:

This hotel stands out! Amazing decoration and design in the heart of Toledo

Cons:

Would be awesome to include breakfast in the price. I don’t believe it’s worth the price they ask for.

For the price, I rated as disappointing, facilities are good, service not good. Food is ok.
Pros:

Rooms are good, hotel is beautiful and well located

Cons:

Staff not cordial, very bad service for a 5 star hotel.
Breakfast was disappointing.
A lot of small things that made the stay below expected: They did not refil the mini bar (no water), safety box was broken, no one helped with the luggage at the check in, air conditioning not able to cool down.

Pros:

A gorgeous hotel! The staff were so friendly and the facilities were beautiful. Our room was truly exceptional.
