Wonderful hotel, beautifully presented in a great location in an amazing city.
Pros:

This was a gorgeous property - interior design and amenities were superb. It had a wonderful feel throughout the public areas.

The staff could not have been more friendly & helpful, the location was 10/10 for us and we had a lovely room.

Public parking was very close by.

Cons:

No complaints - all was above expectations.

Location was great. Easy walking into the city.

Cons:

The smell of detergent was everywhere. They need to change the product used or use less of it. The place smelled like a hospital corridor. The breakfast was also disappointing. While it was imaginatively plated like high tea, the quality was very low. I would not recommend anyone ordering it.

Reception desk very helpful

Cons:

Breakfast was bad. Service slow, kept forgetting requests. No milk, no butter, tea not hot enough. Just provide a full table for all to choose from. The fixed choice of 1, 2, 3 didn't work for us

Un hotel de 5 estrellas no debería cobrar 70€ por un circuito de spa. Se entiende que es un servicio incluído propio de un hotel de esa categoría. Deberían invertir en un secador de calidad para las señoras: un secador barato de Babyliss no es suficiente. Huele a quemado y se para a los 10 min. Tampoco hay botones que abra la puerta y ayude con las maletas propio de un 5*

Wonderful Stay in Beautiful Toledo!
Pros:

We had a wonderful, two night stay here. The hotel is small and personal. The common areas and rooms are beautiful, traditional yet modern. The staff is attentive and friendly. And the location is perfect: close to everything, yet in a quiet neighborhood. And we loved Toledo! Plenty of interesting sights to see, but peaceful (particularly in the evenings). Highly recommended!

Agradable estadía y buena ubicación
Pros:

Las instalaciones, decoración, buena habitación y cama confortable.

Cons:

Podrían ser un poco más generosos con utensilios para el baño, jabón, cep dientes etc y cambiar del papel toilet más barato a uno un poco mejor. No es mucho pedir por €400 la noche
