A room is clean and tidy I have a good experience in this hotel and in reception two staff Mayank And Ziyad is very supportive and friendly overall my total experience is very good

It was a really enjoyable trip to oman and specially staying at this hotel.everything was really good,the service was excellent and employees were too kind and friendly.

Dear, Hotel Management,

I encountered a disappointing experience upon my arrival at Ramee guestline hotel the security guard mistakenly thought i was drunk or coming from a club he prevented me from entering the lobby due the nightclub closing.

After check in, I requested to speak with a manager,but, the guard raised voice and gestured towards me in front of him manager. While the crowded entrance may have contributed to the misunderstanding, i went to clarify that I was not under the influence; I had simply come from outside I requested for an apology but, received no acknowledgment, which lead me to check out immediately, feeling disrespected and uncomfortable.

I believe all guests deserve respect dignity and I hope my feedback helps improve future experiences they should used other door exists for club only not main entrance door hotel lobby.

It was very old.

The room was super clean and nice. We had a lovely time in the hotel. Also the guest are super nice and welcoming. The housekeeping team are super friendly and Sandeep was super sweet. Overall, we had such an amazing time in this hotel and will definitely come back.

The hotel is located in between two other hotels, and is a good option for an economical stay, with nearer access to the beach and parks, the only downside is the unavailability of some menu's which is completely understandable due to the ramadan season, while the staff tries to suggest alternative items to order. Apart from the family who stays next to my room who's noises are suddenly like wild noisy chickens while running to chase each other. A suggestion only, for the hotel to improve its way of allocating guests to allocate as much as possible the same floor for families to avoid disturbing other guests who wants a more serene stay. By the way thanks to Rajender, the waiter for being such nice and attentive. Overall it was a nice stay.

The reception staff were very kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The chefs and restaurant staff did an excellent job, offering a variety of delicious dishes with multiple options to suit different tastes. My room was clean, spacious, and conveniently located near the beach, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The pool was also well-maintained, offering a calm and refreshing experience. Just a five-minute walk away, you can find some great restaurants and a serene beach area perfect for unwinding

Convenient hotel situated in quiet neighbour hood, a short walk from the beach. The hotel is a bit dark and tired but the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size, pleasant and comfortable. Adequate if unexciting breakfast.

2024年末年始に利用。フロントは申し分ないが部屋自体は設備含め全体的に印象印象。清潔感は5段階なら3位です。可もなく不可もなくという程度。朝食のレパートリーは満足でした。静かな場所ですが立地条件は微妙な感じがしました。タクシー移動が基本のマスカット、観光スポットの中間地点にある感じです。ただ、タクシー捕まえるときに、「ラミーホテル」で分かって貰えるので現地では一般的に名の知れたホテルなのかと。

Nicely located in quiet neighbourhood close yo the crown plaza hotel. I used this hotel as part of group tour. I’m glad o booked other accommodation before and after my trip. The hotel is quite dark and musty smelling. I had a double room which was well sized. It had a kettle and an ironing board and other amenities. The first night I stayed there my room and the hotel more generally was very cold. Even though I turned off the airco it stayed cold . I checked out the pool but it was such an uninviting dark place that I didn’t bother with it. Breakfast was very Indian with idli etc there’s a sports bar on site which sells alcohol

I had a amazing experience and the staff are very cooperative and helpful.

I have tried their outlets specially Rock bottom and Keranadu servers good food and beverage.

Noisy as club downstairs. On a weekend it seems to attract working girls and those looking for working girls.
Menus say 1 price then get charged another. Some very miserable staff. Indian on floor 6 is good though. I certainly won't be staying again

very nice place to stay with family. Rooms are neat. Staff are very friendly. Kiran thank you so much for your support. Food was excellent and has more Veg options. Very near to the Beach and the ambiance very good. Parking was plenty available. In total, good stay and peaceful place to relax.

I was deeply disappointed with my stay at the Ramee Guestline Hotel and, unfortunately, cannot recommend this property at all. The quality and conditions were far below what one should expect from a hotel in this category.

During my stay, I was disturbed by significant noise from other guests around my room for two nights in a row, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Despite repeatedly informing hotel management and even contacting the police, the situation remained unchanged, and no rest was possible. The police even confirmed that this hotel is known for such issues. Unfortunately, no support was offered by the hotel itself.

I was forced to leave and move to a different hotel at my own expense in order to find some peace. For this distressing and unpleasant experience, I am demanding a full refund.

As a traveler, I expect a hotel to take its guests’ needs seriously, especially regarding basic amenities like a quiet, restful environment. Unfortunately, this was not the case here.

About Servies hotel really perfect about conversation first Reseption afrer Housekeeping very fast service and cleaning it’s the best .
Also Room Servies very nice breakfast good food also have very nice place enjoining nice singer nice music .

Ramee hotel is one the best hotel to chill staff are very polite and etiquette they are great in hospitality gm Naveen and his team take care of the guest very well. We enjoy here a lot and definitely recommend to everyone to come and enjoy here .
