Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wandern, Langlauf, Skifahren.
Pros:

Lage spitzenmäßig, alles fußläufig erreichbar

Cons:

Aussicht aufs Einkaufszentrum im Neubau, aber gut isoliert. Meiste Zeit ist man eh draußen!
