Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die U-Bahn Station und die Haltestelle zu den Zügen sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Hotel, sowie das Zimmer waren sauber. Täglich wurde Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Beim Frühstück hatte man eine große Auswahl.

Top-Lage! Absolut empfehlenswert – eine tolle Rooftop-Bar und ein hervorragendes Restaurant mit einer fantastischen Aussicht.

Cons:

Ein absolutes No-Go ist jedoch das Verhalten des Personals im Empfangsbereich der Rooftop-Bar. Ich hatte mir schon gedacht, dass der Rooftop-Bereich von einem externen Unternehmen betrieben wird, anders konnte ich mir die aufdringliche Art des Restaurantpersonals nicht erklären. Dies wurde mir später auch vom Hotelpersonal bestätigt.
Jedes Mal wird man darauf hingewiesen, dass man 15 Tage im Voraus reservieren müsse. Selbst wenn man nur kurz auf einen Drink vorbeischauen möchte, wird man sofort darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Das hinterlässt leider einen schlechten Eindruck vom Hotel, denn für die Gäste ist nicht erkennbar, dass der Rooftop-Bereich nicht vom Hotel selbst betrieben wird.

Konum açısından gerçekten çok başarılı bir otel. Sahile yürüme mesafesinde ve metro istasyonuna yaklaşık 500 metre uzaklıkta olması ulaşımı oldukça kolaylaştırıyor. Çalışanlar son derece ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Odam geniş, temiz ve konforluydu. Özellikle manzarası beklentilerimin üzerindeydi ve konaklamamı daha keyifli hale getirdi.

Ayrıca lazer göz ameliyatımın ilk günlerinde bu otelde konakladım. Ameliyat sonrası oldukça tedirgindim, ancak rahat ve temiz ortamı ile sayesinde bu süreci çok daha konforlu geçirdim. Bu açıdan da otelden son derece memnun kaldım.

Genel olarak konumu, temizliği, oda konforu ve personelin ilgisi sayesinde memnun kaldığım, tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel.

Cons:

Dikkat edilmesi gereken tek nokta, otelin hareketli bir bölgede bulunması nedeniyle özellikle akşam saatlerinde dışarıdan bir miktar gürültü gelebilmesi. Ayrıca odada bir kasa bulunmaması benim için küçük bir eksiklikti.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade ist ideal, und der Ausblick aus meinem Zimmer mit Meerblick war jeden Tag mein persönliches Highlight.Neben der tollen Lage hat mich das Frühstück absolut begeistert.Es war hervorragend und bot einen erstklassigen Service. Ein riesiges Lob gilt dem gesamten Team – das Personal war von A bis Z ausnahmslos zuvorkommend, professionell und herzlich zu mir. Dieses Hotel sprengt die normale Bewertungsskala und hat für mich definitiv 6 Sterne verdient. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
