Terrific Hotel, room, staff, breakfast, views from room, all excellent - would definitely stay again
Pros:

Terrific room, sufficient space for two travelling companions (really very good given location), great bathroom facilities. Warm (possibly a little too warm), lots of sockets and useful lifts. Cleaning staff excellent and pillows changed every day. Breakfast exceptional with a lot of home baking and fab choices. Staff really welcoming and helpful

Cons:

Not really a complaint, but when we arrived the room was really a little too warm which was really wasting energy (for example heated towel rail was full on). We had to turn heating down everywhere to avoid overheating at night.

El personal, super majos todos, la ubicación de 10, tiene neverita y un supermercado cerca, q viene bien, xq comer en Venecia es caro.

Cons:

La habitación podría estar más limpia, pero estaba bien y luego hay detalles como el mueble del baño y el WC se podrían mejorar, por lo menos en la habitación que nos pusieron.
