La ubicacion, limpieza y atencion del personal. El bufete del desayuno excelente excepto el café.
Mosquitos en la habitación. El café es de maquina y no estaba bueno. El secador es un aparato antiguo y nada práctico. Por la noche había ruido de aparatos de aire acondicionado y de la nevera.
The Bella is a lovely hotel right in the centre of St Marco and Rialto.

I loved the location. The decor was beautiful. We had a canal view which was awesome. staff were very accommodating, helpful and delightful to deal with.

This hotel is great since it's right around lots of things like fondala rides, gelato, and countless shops/restaurants. The fridge works great in the rooms and is actually cold compared to the Ulisse hotel in Sorrento. The pillows are fluffy and sleeping is great. The only downside is that the TVs don't live up to today's era but there is so much to do you likely won't be watching too much!!!
This is a very elegant hotel. Rooms are big, Breakfast is good. The staff is excellent, very helpfull. Air conditioning worked well. The location is perfect. Very close to Rialto bridge and also to the main attractions. Very easy to go from the boat to the hotel. Bathroom is excellent size, the are many ammenities. I recommend this hotel for everybody.
Booking this hotel on the spot turned out to be a great decision. Before confirming my reservation, I went to reception to ask about the air conditioning, since the heat in Milan had been extreme. I checked in around 9:30 PM after a long, exhausting day of travel, and the aircon worked perfectly cool, strong, and exactly what I needed. I loved it.
The only thing I would suggest is improving the bed and pillows for a more comfortable stay, but overall the experience was positive.
What truly made my stay better was the hospitality. I informed Federico that my pickup would be at 1 PM and asked if I could keep my room until then. He extended it without hesitation, and that small gesture made a big difference. The hospitality industry needs more people like him thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely helpful.
The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore Venice by foot. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and welcoming stay in the city.
