La ubicación, ya que aunque la visita era a Benicarló, este hotel es el primero que hay en dirección a Peñíscola. Y hemos ido varias veces y es recomendable 100%.

Pros:

Все очень чисто, номер большой, много света, что для моей бабушки очень важно, отдельный туалет есть биде , есть ванна и душ, 2 раковины для умывани, отель огромный со своим выходом к морю, мы брали одни сутки с полным пансионом, если ужин и обед были очень вкусные, то завтрак, с маленьким выбором. Кофе вообще не понравился, очень горький, зато горячий шоколад был очень вкусный. Вода в ресторане 3.5€ за литр. А в баре только вода 0.5л за 2€.с балкона открывается крутой вид, на всю внутреннюю территорию, и на бассейн и даже на море. Есть активности, можно интересно провести время, а для детей детская площадка. В целом отель шикарный, особенно я думаю будет круто летом,

EL TRATO DEL PERSONAL DESDE QUE LLEGAMOS Y LA VARIEDAD EN LAS COMIDAS DEL BUFFET.

AL LLEGAR A HACER EL CHECK IN, UNA DE NUESTRAS MALETAS SE QUEDÓ UN POCO APARTADA DEL GRUPO Y ALGUIEN DEL STAFF, LA GUARDÓ EN EL ROPERO DE RECEPCIÓN.

Algo decepcionate
Pros:

Cama grande. Recepción muy bonita.

Cons:

Al llegar la puerta que daba acceso al cuarto estaba atrancada y tuvimos que esperar al de mantenimiento y esperar que lo arreglara.
No me gusta que no nos ofrecieran una mejora de habitaciones por las molestias y el tiempo perdido.
Poca variedad en el buffet de cena y en el desayuno ya estaban recogiendo cuando fuimos a las 9:15 y ya te decían a casi todo que no quedaba.
Tuve que pedir un cambio de mesa porque nos sentaban con mesas súper juntas con otras y no estaba cómoda escuchando más la conversación de la otra mesa que la mía.

La habitación grande y espaciosa. La calefacción muy ruidosa

Cons:

El spa de pago el agua era muy fría. El restaurante Trattoria Italiana, servio pizza recalentada no cocinada en loco. El buffet por un hotel de tanta estrellas muy justo. Y la ubicación del hotel muy alejada del centro y los alrededores bastante tétricos
