Location was Amazing!
Sehr gute Lage gleich mitten im geschehen alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Fußläufig erreichbar. Personal super nett und freundlich.
Restaurant gleich neben dem Eingang nicht zu empfehlen haben keine Lust zu arbeiten man wartet ewig oder wird gar nicht bedient.

This was directly in the Piazza Signoria. Perfect central location! The unit had lots of space and closets. We needed some extra pillows and the front desk delivered immediately. Couldn’t have been better located.
We parked in their parking lot outside of town and they drove us into the city center, then brought our car to us upon departure. Very smooth and very friendly staff.

The WiFi did not work in the bathroom. It worked in about half of the room.
We booked the penthouse with the private large deck, which was a highlight. Such a sweet spot to listen to the bells ring and sit in the sun after a long day of shopping and running around. You can't beat the location and as a very important bonus, the beds are very comfortable and the shower in the main room was excellent, great water pressure!
We noticed that if you did not have a window or two open that there is a strong sewage smell that runs through the apartment. As long as you have air flow you don't really notice but when you close the house up and come back from a day out it can be very strong and off-putting. The other complaint I have is that they were very stingy with the towel situation. When we checked in we were given two bath towels and one hand towel and one kitchen towel. I am used to having two towels in my bathroom.... At least a different hand towel. We stayed for four nights and we're due for a cleaning after two nights and I was told that I had to wait for a new towel until the cleaning and they would not give me an extra towel. Seems like a small thing that they could have just easily given to make my stay more comfortable. Overall not that big of a deal but to me it all counts when you are making decisions and booking accommodations.
The location was amazing. Right close to everything. The office staff was very helpful.
The penthouse apartment didn't have the view I expected from the photos of the piazza instead it faced the back, but the real problem was that it smelled horrible up there from all the chimney vents of all the other houses around it. If you are sensitive to smells book something lower in the hotel. It was awful up there at that level with all the exhaust vents from all the food cooking etc.
The view from the spacious, clean penthouse was truly spectacular. Listening to the chiming church bells and overlooking the palazzo vechhio, cityscape and hillside...breathtaking. I doubt that there is a better view in all of Florence.

Malutka kuchnia i brak niektórych elementów- nie było soli, stara patelnia, brak pokrywki do patelni. To nie są wielkie mankamenty ale jak jesteś 4 dni to trochę irytuje
