Great stay and would use this building again. Loved the location.

The location is amazing, right on the edge of the Piazza and what a view, standing on the little balcony looking at the Piazza all lit up at night was amazing. There is a tower next door which you can see from almost anywhere in the city, easy to find your way home at the end of a long night.

Cons:

Definitely need a better way to explain how to open the door, the lock is confusing, everyone we met in the building agreed.
The beds are firm, but we found the all the beds in Europe appear to be on the firm side, not our style but it was a bed and it was clean.
The instructions were not the clearest, maybe a language barrier? I dont know but we figured it out.

Amazing location next to the Signoria and a few feet away from the Duomo. Super convenient!

The elevator is tiny! But we found that in all hotels we stayed in Italy

Un ottimo soggiorno per avere tutto a disposizione

Posizione eccellente, staff gentile e cordiale.
Ottimo il rapporto con il parcheggio che ci è stato proposto per lasciare la macchina vicino e la navetta compresa per portarci alla nostra destinazione.
Monolocale pulito e accogliente

Cons:

Un odore che proveniva dalla cucina (simile ad un odore di scarico o fogna )ci ha lasciato un po' l'amaro in bocca perché essendo inverno potevamo aprire poco la finestra per arieggiare ma si sentiva molto.

바로 앞은 우피치 미술관입니다.

Cons:

청소 상태가 조금 아쉽고 수건이 부족해서 아껴써야했어요. 하지만 만족합니다.

Pros:

Room was a good size. Great central location.

Cons:

A coffee maker (even just a cafetiere) in addition to small expresso pot would have been appreciated. Directions for halogen hob would have been useful as I have not used one before.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay in excellent location
Pros:

Amazing location right in the Piazza della Signoria and the heart of Florence, making it a fantastic pied a terre to base yourself whilst staying in this beautiful city. During my stay, room was quiet despite being in the square (perhaps due to winter time). Large room and good if you’re staying for a few days and wanting a kitchenette.

Nothing.

Excellent location , couldn’t be better situated , lift to all rooms excellent manager Fulvio, good sense of humour , very helpful , genuine

Small lift , only 3 people so I walked to 6th floor every time 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
