Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable ,clean , and staff were great.
Wife fell ill and we ended up having to stay in Florence for an extra two days. The management at the hotel gave us another room for the duration until she was able to travel.

A wonderful place in Florence
Pros:

The property could not have been more convenient to everything we wanted to see in Florence. Very easy to get around. Very quiet. We had a nice little kitchenette so we could have breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Wish we had a fan for some air movement, but that was hardly a problem
