Hotel accogliente, personale gentile, buona posizione.
Buona la colazione in una sala molto accogliente.
Piacevole il balconcino della camera. Molto apprezzato il locale wc separato dal bagno. Bagno spazioso con vasca e doccia.

Cons:

La camera era piuttosto piccola e nella zona letto un po’ soffocante. Parcheggio non nella stessa struttura nonostante la prenotazione fatta prima dell’arrivo.

Beautiful Hotel, Excellent location, but the Rooms let it down.
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in Sept 2026.
Firstly, the hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the main shopping and restaurant areas, as well as a close walk to other sights/areas. It is only a 10 min drive to the Castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau (both worth seeing). Staff (Max) was very helpful and knowledgeable when checking and answered all my questions at the time.

Cons:

But, one thing we found annoying was that although they have a Mini Bar fully stocked with drinks (Coke, Beer etc), you can not open them as there is NO bottle opener in the room to pry the lids off of the bottles. Weird! You can’t drink any of them- What a waste of a chance to capture extra Euros from the guest.
Also, there is NO KETTLE in the room at all, so therefore no coffee/tea offered in the room, similar to a 2 star hotel/hostel type accommodation. When you have had a full day out walking/sightseeing, there is nothing better than having the convenience of a drink in your room. So we went out and bought our own drinks, placed them in the Mini Bar in the room and used that instead.

This was mentioned to reception when I checked out and I was told that they don’t have a kettle or bottle opener as people ‘steal’ them. This is possibly true for the bottle opener, but I call out lies with the kettle. I think it is more the hotel being cheap, stingy and cost cutting. With the bottle opener, not every house guest would steal it each time.

I was told I should had contacted reception to borrow one to use. This would had been good to know when we checked in. I have never had to request a kettle before, so it was assumed they don’t offer this service. It would have saved us going out to buy drinks to use in the room, and more importantly, the Hotel wouldn’t had lost revenue or the missed opportunity of upselling drinks.

I suggested to reception to tell management that most hotels have a permanent bottle opener fixed to a wall close to the mini bar, and I wouldn’t think that would be too hard or expensive to install, as well as guests wouldn’t be unscrewing these! I also suggested that ordering 10,000 bottle openers with their hotel name on the side from China/Temu etc, would probably cost an Euro each, and would not only be a good to have in the room, but if it is ‘stolen’, it would be advertising their hotel world wide.

Pros:

The room furniture was nice, the hotel is a stunning position, the breakfast is very very good.

Cons:

The door of the bathroom in the room is completely glazed and being with my kids I felt a bit embarrassed taking shower completely naked… ( and my wife too..)
