Top Lage und leckeres Essen
Pros:

- Top Lage: direkt in der Nähe am Zentrum und Bahnhof, sowie Bushaltestelle.
- Personal: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der vom Restaurant Lumen hat uns die Gerichte empfohlen.
- Zimmer: ordentlich und bequem. Bad mit Badewanne. Zimmer mit Dachventilator und Klimaanlage.
- Restaurant: Frühstück sehr lecker und mit große Auswahl. Das Essen beim Lumen Restaurant hat auch sehr lecker geschmeckt. Außerdem gibt's 2 andere Restaurants zur Auswahl.

Cons:

- Check Out: Etwas zu früh um 10:30 Uhr. Wenn man noch was machen will muss man ganz früh schon alles auschecken. Dafür kann man das Gepäck noch im Hotel lassen.
- Schwimm Pool: eine Kleinigkeit und nicht unbedingt notwendig aber hat uns gefehlt. Anstatt Sauna, Friseur, Massage, Gym würde ich lieber den Pool bevorzugen. Insbesondere wenn man mit Kinder unterwegs ist.
- Restaurant Lumen für den Frühstück zu klein. Es öffnet um 7:30 Uhr, wir waren sogar schon 7:20 drinnen aber trotzdem gab's schon viele Leute und es ist etwas eng beim servieren.

Fantastiskt läge, men se till att du får vad du betlat för!
Pros:

Fantastiskt läge mitt i vackra Fussen, med gångavstånd till den vackra bykärnan. Mycket god och varierad frukost!

Cons:

Vi bokade hotellet delvis på grund av spa och gymavdelning. Det fanns ingen ac på gymmet, vilket gjorde det mer eller mindre obrukbart. (Det ligger också med glasväggar ut mot gången där alla går, vilket känns olustigt.)

Det största problemet var dock att vi bokat ett rum med tillgång till spaet, men när vi frågade om detta i receptionen fick vi veta att detta kostade extra. Vid senare kontroll så stämde inte det, vi skulle ha fått det gratis, men i kommunikation med hotellet valde de helt enkelt att inte svara på frågan om vi kunde kompenseras för detta. Mycket dåligt!

Terrible customer service, ended with a wonderful room after paying 40 euros more
Pros:

We ended up with a very nice room after having to pay 40 euros more due to the family room we booked had a glass door to bathroom wth a glass shower (open concept shower where you get to watch everyone shower if you’re in the room). Very strange and was not mentioned in the description nor in pictures. The picture actually showed a sour curtain, which I discovered after, unfortunately, having to argue with the young man at the reception with the black sort of slicked back hair. He literally acted like I had committed some crime due to me saying we weren’t comfortable wth the set up and that it was not stated on booking nor was it shown in pictures. He was the rudest, most smug, and condescending person I’ve ever encountered while traveling in 35 years and 30 countries later. The manager showed me a tiny picture of the room where you could see the door to the bathroom, but nothing in it and he literally told me that that was showing that the bathroom shower had a glass door which you couldn’t even see the shower from the picture the whole encounter was a total joke. It took an hour or more of my time and was very stressful. We were late to the castle. Got there and decided to return and go in the morning.

Cons:

The young man working at the desk was very rude and the manager had no customer service skills. I cannot believe that there was no understanding with the fact that they had an open shower, literally see through the glass of the bathroom and the shower and acted like we were in the wrong when there was no mention of it on their site.

A nice place to stay in Fussen, smart and well located.
Pros:

Very well located at the start of the old town, which has a good selection of bars and restaurants.
Reasonably priced underground garage.

Mycket trevligt hotell i en mycket trevlig stad.
