Guests have access to the hammam and swimming pool from Wedsnesday to Saturday between 10am to 8pm and on Monday from 14h to 20h. The Spa is open two Sundays a month. Tuesday closed.

Please note that access to the swimming pool and the steam room are exclusively and strictly to guests who are more than 16 years old.

Spa28 will be closed for maintenance from the 26th of August 2024 to 6th September 2024 included.

Pros:

We stayed at the l’elegant suite as a family of 6, it was spacious and clean, well equipped and the staff very kind and accommodating. Highly recommended

Cons:

2 showers would be preferred but at least there are 2 toilets

Pied a terrre. It is homey, elegant, comforrtable and staff is helpful yet unobtrusive.
Pros:

The in-room kitchen and laundry make it truly a residence. I was ill for a few days and was able to heat up some simple soup in the room, sadly missing the bounty of restaurants just outside! I also laundered my clothes once, which is a huge savings and great convenience. The water provided along with the Nespresso coffee were bonuses. A daily walk through Luxembourg gardens nearby and being near many bus and metro options is also a huge plus. Just please don't share with too many people.

A good choice for easy access to bars and restaurants, minutes from Notre Dame
Pros:

Location is really, so many options for food and drinks nearby, lively neighborhood with many tourist attractions around.

Cons:

No dislikes, except that spa was closed and it was not really clear when we were booking, we just got information after confirmed booking.

A special place to stay!
Pros:

Our stay was truly memorable from start to finish. What stood out most was the uniqueness of the hotel, it had such a special charm to it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here.

The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A special mention to Christina at the front desk, who took care of us for most of our stay; her warmth and attentiveness made all the difference and made us feel genuinely looked after.

The rooms were a wonderful surprise, far more spacious than expected and incredibly comfortable.

The location was also fantastic, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything nearby. A clean and quiet area around.

We would 1000% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

This is a wonderful location to stay to explore Paris, we loved everything about it.
Pros:

Excellent stay for our group of 5 adults in the the third floor, two story duplex. The front desk concierge was very helpful and pleasant, they made driver arrangements for airport transfers, and our room was ready BEFORE check in time which was so nice as we arrived at 11:00AM after an overnight flight. The beds were comfortable, and the area was quiet and close to everything! We were able to walk almost everywhere right from the hotel. Having a small kitchen with all the conveniences was nice although we ate out at wonderful restaurants most of the time. Apartment was supplied with slippers, plenty of towels, bathrobes, hair dryers, iron/board. Metro station is a short walk away, so is Monoprix for any groceries or toiletries. The apartment was serviced by cleaning staff daily who did a great job. This place is truly a gem.

A good location and clean facilities suitable for everyone.
Pros:

Convenient location and very clean. Washing machine a benefit but better instructions needed. Drinking water refills were great. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Pity the spa facilities were not working. Ironing board could be better. Pillows could be better.
