Would return if I come back to beautiful Bergamo.
Pros:

So quiet yet so handy for everything - 50m to the main square . Fabulous location. Staff so helpful. Lovely room with balcony. Perfection!!

Cons:

Open the main door on the street and there's a flight of old steep upstairs to reception area. Staf lifted cases to help us.

Nie bądźmy obojętni na nieuczciwe praktyki
Cons:

Generalnie pobyt był udany - na prawdę hotel na przyzwoitym poziomie pod wieloma względami. Natomiast muszę odnotować sytuację, która przekreśliła cały ten pobyt. Hotel oferuje transfer taksówkę na lotnisko, z którego chcieliśmy skorzystać. Zgodnie z folderem w pokoju cena to 35 euro, pytaliśmy dwukrotnie obsługę, żeby to potwierdzić. Natomiast po dowiezieniu nas na lotnisko kierowca powiedział, że cena to 40 euro i zawsze taka była. Zaraz po tym zdarzeniu zgłosiliśmy to obsłudze, ale do tej pory nie dostaliśmy odpowiedzi czy to niekompetencja obsługi czy oszustwo kierowcy. Zeby była jasność - nie chodzi tutaj o pieniądze, ale o podstawową uczciwość/przejrzystość. Takie praktyki trzeba piętnować. Więc to takie małe ostrzeżenie dla ew. przyszłych klientów.

Excellent hotel and staff
Pros:

When we arrived our run was made up for a family of 2 adults and 2 infants (possibly due to our error). Our kids are 13 &14. The lady at reception was excellent and sorted the room out herself without fuss while we went for dinner. Excellent service

Pænt hotel midt i den gamle bydel.
Pros:

Beliggenhed er god midt i den høje bydel. Værelset var dejlig stort. Venligt personale.

Cons:

Det er skiftevis for varmt og for koldt på værelset. Der er heldigvis aircondition, men luften bliver hurtigt for kold, når den blæser lige ned over sengen. Dårlig udluftning på badeværelset.

Fabulous stay in a beautiful old palazzo with great staff and service
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location in the citta Alta. The staff could not have done more to make our stay fantastic. No request was any trouble. Would happily recommend and will stay here again

Sehr zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Wifi hat nicht funktioniert (es wurde nicht mal das Hotel Wifi gefunden), bei den Zimmern zur Straße hinaus war es durch die Pizzeria gegenüber sehr lange sehr laut. Frühstück für 4 Sterne etwas mau.
