Cons:

There are only shutters in the room, which isn't enough to keep it dark at night and in the morning. The room doesn't have any sheer curtains at all, and since there are neighbors right in front, it’s not very pleasant. The Wi-Fi isn't good either. Having a kettle in the room would be great.

Pros:

Perfect location, beautiful room which was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was very modern with a great shower, we had a lovely balcony and pretty view. Breakfast was delicious, tasty, fresh ingredients and lots of choice. Staff were polite and attentive and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay again!!

Comfortable,quiet, hotel in great Citta Alta location, but expensive for what it is.
Pros:

Good location, comfortable bed, good shower (once fiddly temperature control adjusted). Breakfast good, bar in evening pleasant and staff helpful.

Cons:

Room lighting was terrible - so dark because no ceiling lights and only a few table/standing lamps. Fortunately, two bedside lights were ok to read from in bed. TV was typical smart TV - impossible to use easily, we only found a terrestrial italian news channel by chance. Why room instructions did not include basic tv instructions is a mystery. Likewise, aircon was hard to get working, though eventually we managed, with help from staff - aircon was just very slow. Overall,very expensive (most expensive by far in recent Italian trips, but by no means the best).
Was surprised by lack of full hotel ambience - more of a collection of individual rooms with no traditional lobby/communal areas - just small bar area. Somehow didn’t expect this from online info.

Lack of lighting!!! Very dark in the rooms. We had 2 & they were both very dark. Internet inconsistent. We wanted to search restaurants, places to see & do & map them out & had a difficult time on one of our rooms.
