The location was so central and perfect. It was very sound proofed and the air conditioning was great in the rooms for the hot weather. The breakfast and coffee was delicious.

מלון נחמד בלב העיר העתיקה

מלון נחמד ממש בלב העיר העתיקה של ברגמו. חדרים וחדרי שירותים משופצים. יש מיזוג אוויר ומעלית.

Cons:

קצת מסובך (אבל אפשרי) להגיע למלון כדי לפרוק את המזוודות. קשה לקבל עזרה בעניין זה כי הפקידה החמודה במלון לא מדברת אנגלית. כניסה עם רכב לעיר העתיקה מחייבת אישור שהמלון דואג לו.
אין חניה במלון, אבל יש חניון מחוץ למרכז העיר העתיקה מרחק של כמאתיים שלוש מאות מטר מהמלון אז לא נורא. אין במלון מטבח אז ארוחת הבוקר מוגבלת.

Lovely stay in an old and historic building, very good location, good size bedroom.
Pros:

Hotel was well located for the old town. Historic building, clean and well maintained.
Room was large and comfortable, could maybe do with some updating particularly the lighting in room and bathroom, and perhaps some additional toiletries in bathroom.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was good if slightly limited.

Cons:

Access to hotel is limited, although you can park in the public carpark arranged via the hotel there is still a fair walk to the hotel with baggage and a steep internal staircase from the pavement, if you have mobility issues this might be a problem. This is an old and historic building which is lovely in itself so not much can be done about it, but best to be aware.

Pros:

Fantastisk beliggenhed, virkelig sødt og hjælpsomt personale, rent og pænt. Ægte italiensk stemning. Er man i bil er der en garage 200 meter fra hotellet, det fungerer rigtig fint. Husk at informere hotellet, hvis du er i bil så de kan registrere din nummerplade, da det er bilfri zone.

More disappointed than pleased.
Pros:

The rooms were large and clean. Nice sized bathroom and shower. Good location.

Cons:

Full set of stairs to access the lobby which is difficult with luggage and if you have any mobility issues. All 4 rooms (family trip) were hot and had problems with the A/C and the staff were unable to help with it. This was the final stay of a 9 day trip and I thought it would be the nicest hotel based on the 4-star rating. I was disappointed.
