Exceptional Facility that surpassed my Expectations
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. Very professional and helpful on so many levels. From ensuring that the room was comfortable (they arranged for an extra bed) to helping answer many questions about sites to visit, getting tickets to performances, tours etc. The atmosphere was charming even though they were doing some general maintenance, it was all very discrete. Breakfast was delicious and the inclusion of Merienda (snack) was a nice surprise! Oh and the location seriously could not have been better. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Everything was exceptional. I can't even think of anything that they could improve on. : )

Un lugar para soñar Granada
Pros:

La estancia ha sido maravillosa. La habitación del torreón es absolutamente especial: sus ventanas, las vistas a la Alhambra, las vigas de madera y la tranquilidad hicieron que durante cuatro días sintiera que tenía un pequeño rincón de Granada sólo para mí. La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer la ciudad a pie y el trato ha sido muy amable. Ha sido uno de esos hoteles de los que cuesta marcharse. Sin duda, una parte preciosa de mi viaje.

Excelente hotel, volvería sin pensarlo
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en excelente zona "walkable" a las partes más turísticas de Granada. Nunca me sentí insegura, incluso durante la noche. De igual forma, la arquitectura del hotel es preciosa. El staff fue sumamente servicial. Me ayudaron desde antes de mi llegada a coordinar la transportación de llegada y regreso al aeropuerto, al estar sola también me ayudaron con el manejo del equipaje y fueron siempre simpáticos (incluso siendo varias personas distintas quienes me asistieron).

Η τοποθεσία. Η διακόσμηση. Θυμίζει αρχοντικό. Όμορφο πολυ.

Το δωμάτιο 10 που εμενα ,το παράθυρο ειναι στην πίσω πλευρά του ξενοδοχείου σε εναν χώρο σαν αποθηκευτικό χώρο οπου μαλλον γίνονταν εργασίες κ υπήρχε θόρυβος. Επισης το δωμάτιο μαλλον ειναι κολλητά στην κουζίνα. Υπήρχε θόρυβος. Κατά τα αλλα ολα ηταν τέλεια.

Ein sehr schönes Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Die gute Lage des Hotels, kostenlose Snacks und Kaffee am Nachmittag. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Eine etwas umständlicher Bestellungsablauf zum Frühstück, sonst aber alles sehr gut !
Die Schrankbeleuchtung konnte man nicht ausschalten oder wir haben die Möglichkeit dazu nicht entdeckt....

Encanto, comodidad y pequeños detalles
Pros:

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en Hotel Casa 1800. Todo estuvo cuidado al detalle: la habitación era preciosa, muy acogedora y con una cama comodísima. El patio interior tiene muchísimo encanto y es un lugar perfecto para relajarse.
Nos gustó especialmente el detalle de ofrecer café y algo de beber por la tarde, un gesto que hace que te sientas como en casa. También nos pareció fantástico tener en la habitación agua, café y té a nuestra disposición.
La ubicación es excelente y el ambiente del hotel es tranquilo y con mucho encanto. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos totalmente. ¡Nos llevamos un recuerdo precioso de nuestra estancia en Granada! ❤️
