Location is very walkable to all the tourists attractions. The decor combines traditional tavernas and modern facility. Really good value for money. Very friendly staff, we have 2 complimentary cava during our stay.
Definitely wiill stay there again.
We stayed in Feb (winter) , so the room is really hot because of the heater. It is centralized heating, so we can't switch it to cold air either.
Once the staff gave us fan is better.

A nivel de instalaciones el mejor en que estuve en Granada, espectacular. A nivel de trato bien, profesional, pero no tan atento como en otros hoteles cercanos. Aun asi volveria a este por lo bonito que es.
Su ubicación, muy cercano de todo. La decoración, la amabilidad del personal y algunos detalles como una botella de agua, cafetera y merienda incluida a diario.
A pesar de la ubicación, no se puede llegar en auto directamente. El tamaño y calidad de los amenities del baño. El jabón era diminuto y se deshacía. Falta insonorización de las habitaciones y mejorar la calidad del wifi.

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. We loved the traditional look of the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was also excellent with only a few minutes walk to Alhambra Castle and the centre of Granada.
From check in to check out, Hotel Casa1800 did not disappoint.staff were excellent.
The hotel room and all of the hotel was really beautiful and very clean.The breakfast was excellent and there was complimentary tea and coffee all day, as well as complimentary savoury and sweet snacks between 4pm and 6pm which was an unexpected treat.
It is ideally situated , very convenient to the main shopping streets and a five minute walk from an excellent Italian restaurant.
Because it was out of season, the rates were very reasonable so we were able to book a superior room for a good price.There was a safe in the room and dressing gown and slippers were provided, as well as lovely toiletries, hairdryer and even hair straighteners
I really don’t know why this hotel says it is 3 star.
I have stayed in 5 star hotels and this matched any of them.
The staff are exceptionally helpful, polite and very accommodating. Room was very clean, breakfast is worth every penny. We’d ask for a room away from the front entrance as it was loud opening but otherwise a truly great stay.
This is an amazing Boutique Hotel with top class atmosphere, rooms & service. We arrived on a cold and wet January day to be welcomed to a warm reception area, we were early but checked in and left our bags and returned later when the room was ready. The room was an adequate size, overlooked the courtyard, quirky and well furnished, large comfy bed, wardrobe, tea/coffee making facilities, large bathroom with large walk-in shower. The staff were exceptional and friendly, it was my birthday whilst we were there, which they spotted and brought us a bottle of Cava on the house. We didn't take breakfast but it looked very good. You could help yourself throughout the day to tea/coffee in the courtyard area, and each afternoon they served afternoon tea!!! The location is great, just off Plaza Nueva with plenty of coffee shops, bars & restuarants. I have never experienced service like it at the very reasonable price we paid. We will definitely recommend & return.
