Staff very helpful. Very small view of Alhambra. Good location to centre.
Super noisy in room on courtyard. Many kids super loud before 9 am so no sleeping in. Very difficult with rolling bags. Hard to find and if you have a car you need to park in a garage and take a taxi and then still walk with bags.
Mi è piaciuta l'attenzione ai dettagli dello staff e dell' albergo. Era come di vivere un esperienza in un vero palazzo storico, con tutti i confort. La colazione e la merenda sono eccezionali.
In realtà mi è piaciuto davvero tanto il soggiorno in questo hotel, forse l'unico consiglio di miglioramento che darei è quello di inserire una tenda che permetta di creare buio totale nella stanza. Però è davvero un dettaglio, perché la stanza era davvero bellissima.
Location was truly ideal. We walked to all of Granada’s historic sites including the Alhambra. Our room looked out over the courtyard where we could get coffee & tea at any time. Bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this to other travelers to this amazing city.

The location was perfect, we could walk everywhere. The hotel entrance was so intriguing!
My husband thought there was an “off” smell in the room but considering the age of the building…
unfortunately nothing - too noisy to sleep
One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
The room was directly above a water pump for the whole building — the constant, loud noise made sleep impossible. Staff showed little understanding; a pre-prepared cover was installed (clearly a known issue), but it didn’t help. No alternative room was available.
The room itself was also unacceptable: all windows faced an inner yard with no fresh air. Some started at around 1.5m height, looking down onto the yard floor — dark and claustrophobic.
I had to move to another hotel at my own expense, yet was still charged in full, including breakfast I didn’t consume.

I can’t dislike this hotel it will be in my mind always but the only note I would like to share to have a fan in the bathroom very important so this will make the hotel 10 stars
Beautiful old building with original features. Well located and lovely boutique hotel.
Rooms were very small and we were on the top floor and after dragging out cases 20 mins through the crowd from the car park there was no one at all to help us with the cases and we are at the very top with more stairs. I was expected assistance when we arrived esp paying over 600 euros for 1 night for 3 small rooms.
