Brill location. Amazing for the price.
Pros:

Location couldn’t be better, the staff are all delightful, the room had such lovely details. I’d return in a heartbeat, though would ask not to have room 4. I’m sure all the others were quieter and brighter!!

Un hotel histórico muy bonito.
Pros:

La habitación es espaciosa y muy bonita. Está situada muy cerca de la Alhambra, las vistas de una de las ventanas que daban a ella eran espectaculares. El trato muy bien.

La gente que trabajaba allí muy desagradable responde de mala manera las camas no eran cómodas encima luego te cobran con la tarjeta que pongáis un dineral por consumir 3 boteros del minibar te cobran 120 euros una auténtica vergüenza una estafa a mano armada pésimo encima cuando llegué allí a las doce de la noche tuve que apagar otros 45 euros aparte de los ciento y pico que ya había pagado por dormir porque dice el muchacho que había allí que un una persona lo contaban cuando yo había apagado por todos y tuve que pagar otros 45 euros una estafa a mano armada, luego allí a las siete de la mañana empezaron con moto picos a picar paredes los albañiles haciendo ruidos dando golpetazos desde las siete de la mañana no podemos dormir y lleguemos a las doce y pico casi a la una fue cuando entremos a la habitación y a las siete de la mañana ya estaban los albañiles allí una auténtica vergüenza

Un très très bel hôtel, baigné d'un léger parfum de lys. Le personnel est très aimable et nous a beaucoup aidés. Il est situé dans un quartier très pratique, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité, tout en étant très calme. Il se trouve à moins de 10 minutes à pied du pied de l'Alhambra. C'est un endroit très confortable ; si nous revenons, nous n'hésiterons pas à y séjourner à nouveau.

One of the plugs in the room was not fixed into the wall and came out when we tried to use it. The staff were great and asked if we minded it being fixed the following day.

A centrally located hotel in a historic building. The atmosphere is one of comfort and luxury. We had a deluxe room ( Room 2) but it had no window to the outside, just onto an interior part of the hotel. We were offered a smaller room with a window onto the alleyway, but there was scaffolding on the wall opposite and we were concerned about noise. Rooms 1, 2 and 3 seemed very compromised and I would not book them.
The room itself was very comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent, offering something for all tastes and dietary requirements. There was also a complementary tea provided for an hour each day at 4.30, serving savoury and sweet choices, which was a lovely touch,

A very comfortable and well located hotel, but do check on the room details before booking.
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was great, with lots of options, always beautifully laid out and freshly topped up. Complimentary tea was served each afternoon - serving sandwiches and cakes.

Cons:

Our Room (2) was slightly smaller than we expected and was made up as a twin instead of a double as booked. There was a window, but it opened onto the interior space, so room was 'muggy', and noisy if the window was open to the main corridor. We were offered an alternative room which was smaller and the window opened onto the alley way where there was scaffolding and the risk of building noise, so we stayed in our allocated room.

Situation (Albaicin) idéale près de la plaza nueva au pied de L'Alhambra. Bus et taxi à proximité immédiate.
Ancien bâtiment de Maître plein de charme.
Chambres aussi de charme, silencieuses, confortables, bien équipées et climatisées.Elles sont organisées autour d'un patio frais.
Petit déjeuner varié et qualitatif. Un goûter offert qui permet une halte l'après-midi avant de repartir en ville.
Personnel attentionné avec une conciergerie réactive qui parle français.

Cons:

(Attention au parking si arrivée en voiture).

A good hotel choice in Granada old town.
Pros:

Location in the old town was terrific. The hotel is very quiet except for some mechanical humming that came on intermittently. Since we left our windows open (didn't need AC) that noise was annoying. We thought the bed and room were very comfortable, the shower was great but towels were sub par which was surprising. Despite being an old building, everything was very clean and fresh. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We stayed 3 nights and we were very satisfied.
