Pros:

It is a very beautiful and historic building that makes you really feel part of the history of the city. Breakfast was very good in great surroundings and the staff were extremely helpful, particularly when we had experienced some travel disruption.

Pros:

Alles perfekt! Super Lage, schönes Haus, Frühstück fantastisch und Nachmittags eine schöne Auswahl an Häppchen zum Thé. Seh freundliche Mitarbeiter, auf jedes Detail wird liebevoll geachtet. Zimmer ein bisschen zu klein, aber bei all dem Positiven ist das verkraftbar.

Fantastic location and amazing staff made up for the disappointing room.

Room was small, cramped, dark and over the courtyard where breakfast was served. It was quite loud in the morning.

A beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of Granada — full of character, perfectly located and great
Pros:

We loved this hotel. The location was fantastic and we could walk everywhere, which made exploring Granada incredibly easy. The hotel itself has so much character and history and really gives you that authentic Granada feeling. The kids loved it too. Breakfast was excellent and the whole atmosphere was very relaxed and chilled. A great base for experiencing the city.

Nothing significant — we had a really enjoyable stay.

Couldn't want more, this place is fantastic.
Pros:

This small exquisite hotel is nested in the heart of the old city and it is simply near perfection. The staff is wonderful, always smiling and ready to help. The rooms are rich with charme (ours had an incredible view over the hills that left us dreamy... and a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday!). Rarely I found such elegance and attentiveness to the guests. One thing for all? The complimentary afternoon tea in the lobby. Chapeau! It should earn 5 stars! (btw I never found anything similar in 5 star hotels, so, yes, bravo!) A place I truly can't wait to go back to. Thank you for everything, for making our stay an unforgettable one.

Agradable, empezando por los ambientes, y la decoración. Ademas del trato muy gentil y amable de la recepción.

Cons:

El trato del personal del desayuno. A pesar de que el costo del desayuno es alrededor de los 30 euros por persona, el personal que se encargaba de prepararte la mesa y atenderte, tenía muy malas ganas y malas formas. Así que la próxima vez que vuelva, no comeré ahí. Por lo demás me ha gustado mucho.

Great location and lovely boutique stay
Pros:

From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff were warm and welcoming and we even had a lovely welcome note and drink. Staff were so helpful on the arrival and also booked us a taxi on the departure. The hotel is close to the city centre and we easily got around and well located. The patio/courtyard was peaceful and designed really well. We also had everything we needed in our stay.

Cons:

There was some Maintanance work happening at the property but nothing that you would notice during the stay.

Excellent front-desk service, but an unacceptable room situation
Pros:

The gentleman working at reception was extremely helpful and professional and did everything he could to help us after the problem with our room was discovered. He found us another hotel nearby, and Casa 1800 refunded our reservation. His handling of a very difficult situation was excellent.

Cons:

We booked a Superior Room for our wedding anniversary, but after checking in and carrying our luggage to the room, we discovered that the room we had been assigned was under construction and could not actually be occupied.

The hotel was full, so there was no other room available for us. We had parked about half a mile away, and I had already walked to the hotel to check in and confirm the parking situation, walked back to the car for our luggage, and then walked back to the hotel before discovering the problem.

The replacement hotel was about 0.2 miles away, but the room was substantially smaller, more basic, and noisier because it was on a busy square. The entire situation took roughly two hours, and we weren't finally settled until around 8 PM, which was particularly disappointing because this was supposed to be a special anniversary evening.
I contacted the hotel that night and was initially offered a 10% discount on a future stay.

Management later apologized and increased the offer to 30%, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the response came too late to make any difference during our trip. We had been seriously considering Casa 1800 Sevilla for our next stay, but by the time management responded, we had already made other arrangements.

The gentleman at reception did an excellent job trying to recover the situation, but a guest should never be checked into a room that is under construction and unusable in the first place.
