Pros:

Very quiet! Elevator was tricky to operate. No clear indication of where you are supposed to touch. Even the front desk staff had difficulty calling it. Clean hotel, lots of towels, free water, free coffee. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly at all times. Getting help with anything was simple. I was very forgetful with my roomkey more times than I'd like to admit and no one was bothered. Hanna working the night shift most nights while I was there was exceptional and I appreciated her saving my hat. My experience was so good I will most likely be returning next year to this same hotel. Thank you so much again!

Pros:

I would not stay at this hotel again. Parking was limited and difficult to find. The staff were not helpful when asked about parking. The room smelled upon entering. I travelled here with my partner - we have been travelling for 10 days and this is not a hotel I would return to.

Apparently hot water was turned off by the Government between 9am - 2pm, we should have been notified off this, I was due to check out today and decided to wake up late, would have woke up earlier if I had been notified

Pros:

Great location near the U-Bahn. Price point for a big city was excellent! Hotel was clean. Staff was efficient and friendly. Parking is available, as long as you park mid-afternoon. Room was clean and the internet worked well. I highly recommend this hotel in Nurenburg!
