le personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. ils ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable
Pros:

Quand nous avons exposé notre problème du bruit occasionné par les voisins du dessus (étrangers à l'hotel) le problème a été immédiatement pris en charge par l'hôtesse d'accueil et nous avons été reçu par le Directeur en personne qui a pris des mesures immédiates. Nous avons énormément apprécié leur réactivité. Ils nous ont offert le petit déjeuner pour s'excuser de la gène occasionnée qui n'était pas de leur fait d'ailleurs.

Good location, helpful staff and very clean
Pros:

Hospitable and accommodating staff. They made sure you are comfortable, safe and best informed on where to eat or where to go.

Cons:

At that time that I was there, I think there were a bunch of students above my room who were very noisy most especially at past midnight. The next day, I reported this to the staff and it was immediately taken cared of. That night and the following, I heard no more noise above me.

Mükemmel bir konaklama imkanı
Pros:

Konum, dekorasyon, hijyen ve fiyatlar! Hepsinde çok memnun kaldık. Tren istasyonunun dibi olması hemen ulaşmamızı sağladı, zaten Floransada her yere yürüyerek gidiliyor. Oda büyüktü, kızımla beraber seyahat ettiğimiz için bu çok iyi oluyor. İç dekorasyonu yenilenmiş bu da şıklık sağlıyor. Eski dekor otelleri asla tercih etmiyoruz. Gönül rahatlığıyla burayı tercih edebilirsiniz.
