Una excelente opción en Florencia
Pros:

Es un hotel excelente en todo sentido, desde la ubicación a la vuelta de la terminal de trenes, su cercanía con el centro histórico, la cordialidad de su personal y la comodidad de sus camas y servicios. A pesar de que optamos por la habitación sin desayuno, en el alojamiento hay un sector muy equipado que se puede usar para calentar comida, incluso hay vajilla. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar. Muy amables las chicas de recepción.

I’m very happy for the stay here.
Pros:

It’s near the train station. The room is traveller friendly, the owner of the place certainly put a lot of thoughts into it. It’s also bright and very clean. It’s much better than what I saw from the photos. Also the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing particular except the noise from the mini fridge. I unplugged it and solved the problem.

Lindo lugar, habitaciones amplias, divinas las recepcionistas.
Pros:

La habitación del hotel era super cómoda y amplia. En general no se escucha a las personas que se Allan en habitaciones vecinas, a menos que encesten entrando o saliendo. Buena aislacionismos acústica, con paredes “de verdad”. El alojamiento está ubicado a pocos pasos de la estación y eso fue genial para una estadía de pocos días porque facilito el acceso y la salida de la ciudad. Además, esta super cerca de los sitios de interés, de modo que en ese sentido es un 10. Las chicas en la recepción son suuuupeer amables y cálidas. El lugar tiene un espacio común donde hay disponible galletas, te y café. También hay pava en la habitación.

Cons:

La callecita donde emplaza es algo solitaria. No es un”hotel” en el sentido estricto: es un gran departamento en el 3er piso de un edificio, en el que hay otros “hoteles” y otros departamentos. Si llegas en horarios donde las empleadas de recepción están, podrás hacer el check in con alguien que te reciba, sino ser en solitario. Eso no me gusta mucho, a pesar de que sea tendencia en Europa hace tiempo. Lo mismo con la idea de que la recepción “cierre” a determinado horario… es entrar a un apartamento de múltiples habitaciones, con una llave abrir la tuya… una sensación rara, de compartir u espacios si hacerlo ni tener contacto con el resto. A medio camino entre un hostel y un hotel.
La habitación tenía 7 roble,a severo em el baño: la ducha estaba al mismo nivel que el resto del baño pero no drenaba correctamente el agua, por lo cual bañarse fue complicado.
Nos tocaron dias muy fríos (enero 2026). Sin embargo, la calefacción se apagaba a las 20hs. Y se prendía temprano por la. Apaña. Tuvimos que acudir al abrigo adicional que nos brindaron.
Más allá de esto, puntual, nos resultó un muy buen alojamiento.

Non è sicuramente un hotel, non ha le caratteristiche per esserlo, in compenso la camera era molto grande e pulita, il personale estremamente gentile e la posizione davvero ottima. Grazie ragazzi, lo consiglierò.
