Super gutes Hotel, wenn man Besucher von Patienten in der Schmerzklinik ist

Frühstück war gut, glutenfreie Brot und Brötchen sind auf Nachfrage schnelle verfügbar.

Beliggenhed og personale var flinke og rare.

Das Hotel hat eine gut Lage. Das Hotrl ust für ein Städtetag und oder einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet.

Gute Lage und gutes Hotel mit kleinem Abstrich
Pros:

Die Lage war super und das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Leider war das Familienzimmer nicht ganz sauber, das hat uns nicht gut gefallen.

Im Prinzip kann man mit der Leistung des Hotels zufrieden sein.
Pros:

Das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen ausreichend und große Auswahl. Ein Wermutströpöpfchen ist der Kaffee der war alt. Da sollte man sich vielleicht eine Kaffeemaschine anschaffen die den Kaffee frisch und in mehreren Sorten brüht.

Cons:

Wir sind aus Littauen (Nida) an der Russischen Grenze gekommen. Und wir hatten zu unserem Hotel trotz mehrerer Versuche auch an mehreren Tagen keine Telefonverbindung . Als wir dann in Kiel am Hotel ankamen mussten wir eine Notrufnummer wählen um für unsere Zimmer die Schlüssel zu bekommen. Das war mit einer Gebühr von 30 Euro verbunden, das darf nicht passieren. Hinzubemerken möchte ich noch das das Personal sehr schnell vor Ort war.
