Overall a thoroughly nice hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast fabulous and there is a hotel bus to take you into Pistoia or the station.

Cons:

Unfortunately we stayed in the annex which is in the middle of their function area. There were three functions during our stay which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

Davvero ottimo, se poi considero che è stato fatto un upgrade della camera che avevo prenotato ++++
Pros:

Ottima la colazione, ricca sia dolce che salato e con frutta fresca: mi ha soddisfatto appieno.
Molto bella anche la piscina seppur il vento non ha aiutato nell'apprezzare appieno il servizio.

Non ho nulla da segnalare.

Ottima esperienza
Pros:

Ottima struttura alla periferia di Pistoia facilmente raggiungibile con un servizio navetta messo a disposizione dall'hotel. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Colazione ricca ed abbondante e ristorante in struttura sia per pranzo che per cena.
Personale disponile e cortese.

Per essere un 4 stelle potrebbe essere tenuto meglio, un po’ vecchio e tante cose da fare manutenzione, colazione abbondante ma la qualità non sempre ottima

Richieste camere con due singoli, ma all'arrivo erano matrimoniali. Solo il secondo giorno i letti sono stati separati, con 15 minuti si potevamo separare anche al momento dell'arrico
