Pistoia esta localizada em local de acesso facilitado entre Pisa e Florença, o que ajudou no deslocamento. O café da manhã é bom e formos bem atendidos.

Pros:

Ampio parcheggio, vicino alla città (raggiungibile anche con navetta gratuita), ma in luogo silenzioso. Ottima colazione a buffet. Copertura wifi ottima. Buona posizione per visitare Firenze raggiungibile in treno in 35 minuti.

Cons:

Frigobar della stanza non raffreddava abbastanza.

Un posto sicuramente da salvare e rivivere ogni volta che saremo in zona.
Pros:

La struttura e lo staff sono meritevoli. Alloggiavo nella Suite Magnolia e l'effetto wow nell'entrare c'è stato: camera bellissima e vista dal balcone su Pistoia e i giardini della villa sotto davvero magnifico. La pulizia è ottima e fantastico anche il parcheggio comodo e ampio.

Cons:

Incrementerei magari un poco la colazione sul salato ma proprio per voler cercare quel "più" necessario.

Una notte all'Inferno (letteralmente)

Non era il nostro primo soggiorno a Villa Cappugi, sapevamo che la pulizia e la cortesia sono elementi distintivi di questa struttura, sebbene cominci a risentire un po' del passare del tempo; anche la colazione è stata veramente completa da tutti i punti di vista

Cons:

Appena arrivati, la temperatura nella camera superava i 25 gradi; impossibile aprire il balcone, tranne che volessimo scrivere un trattato di entomologia.
Uscendo per andare a cena abbiamo segnalato alla reception il problema, l'addetta dice "sì subito, volete che stacchi anche il termosifone in bagno?" e noi "sì, certamente".
Al rientro, stessa situazione, termosifone del bagno incandescente. Chiamo la reception, intanto era subentrato l'addetto notturno, che mi conferma che stava provvedendo immediatamente.
Risultato: sauna notturna
