Otelde klimalar merkezi sistem şeklinde çalışıyor yani bizim odamızda bebek olduğu için 24 25 dereceye çıkaramıyoruz çünkü tüm otel klimaları soğuk fonksiyona ayarlanmış, personel bu durumu bilmiyor, odada örümcek vardı
Bebeğim gece boyu üşüdü ve 2 günlük rezervasyonun 1 gününü iptal etmek zorunda kaldım 3 4 saat boyunca yeni otel aradım tatilimi berbat bir şekilde başlattı

Все было грязное и поношенное, видимые пятна повсюду на стенках, выключателях и текстиле. Кровать, которая должна была быть kings size были просто две совмещенные кровати, мы были с маленьким ребенком и нам было неудобно. Вообще не ухоженно и ужасно грязно и заброшено. Ни за что бы не вернулась снова..

Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre n’était pas terrible. En effet, la moquette au sol n’était pas très propre. De plus, le fond de la baignoire ne l’était pas non plus (tâches noires), j’imagine de l’usure mais ce n’est pas très frais. Je n’ai d’ailleurs pas pris de bain durant mon séjour.
Hodeur désagréable dans le couloir. Dommage…

Très belle chambre, confortable, avec vue sur le lac. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute.
Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet, très copieux et avec des spécialités locales.
Salle de sport en accès libre.
Parking gratuit dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel.
Arrêt de bus à quelques mètres de l'hôtel, permettant d'accéder au centre ville de Strasbourg en 10 mn.
