Cons:

La réservation avait été effectuée pour une tierce personne et réglée plusieurs jours à l’avance. Toutefois, à son arrivée, l’établissement a constaté qu’elle se présentait le samedi au lieu du vendredi, en raison d’une panne de véhicule. Sans en informer au préalable le client, ils ont pris la décision d’annuler la réservation.
Par la suite, une chambre PMR lui a été attribuée, mais celle-ci présentait plusieurs dysfonctionnements : la douche ne pouvait pas être réglée et les rideaux ne se fermaient pas correctement, laissant passer la lumière.
En conclusion, malgré une réservation confirmée et payée, la prestation fournie s’est révélée très médiocre, ce qui est totalement inadmissible.

Un véritable plaisir, une seule envie: renouveler l''expérience
Pros:

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, mais également le confort et la propreté des chambres.

Cons:

Un tout petit bémol pour la qualité des oreillers, je les ai trouvés trop fermes, en dépit de 2 qualités proposées.

The room needs renovation and proper ventilation
Pros:

The hotel is a well-maintained property with ample parking space in front, making it very convenient with no complications.
There are two designated spots for electric vehicle charging in the parking area.
The surroundings are safe, peaceful, and beautiful.

Cons:

The room was poorly ventilated, and the carpets had a strong unpleasant odor. There was visible mold on the window corners.
Housekeeping did not change the bedding or sheets during the stay; they only replaced the towels and did a basic cleaning.
The carpet odor was so strong that it lingered on my belongings, and I can still smell it even after returning home.

Pros:

Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Odalar tertemizdi. Hijyen ve konfor açısından gayet yeterliydi. Araç ile geldiğimiz için şehrin kalabalığından uzak ama bir yandan da yakındı. Otopark harikaydı. Göl manzarasına uyanmak da ayrı bir keyifti teşekkür ederiz.

Amazing quick stay we will be back
Pros:

We arrived late after a long day of travelling the funny desk checked us in quickly and made us dinner reservations so all we had to do was drop our bags , wash up an head to our table
