A bit disappointing

The Hotel does not have the standard of a 4 star Hotel. The Indoor pool on the pictures of the website is permanently closed. The picture is misleading. There was a menu suggestion at the reception desk for the restaurant. However when we decided to go for dinner at 20:00 the restaurant was closed and there was nobody there. The same for the hotel bar, it was closed with no service. When we came back from our dinner outside the hotel, the Hotel door was closed and reception was unmanned, We found another door to enter the hotel. Overall this was not the experience we expected.

Localização óptima, funcionários simpáticos e educados, vista excelente, bom pequeno almoço. Boa relação preço qualidade para os dias de hoje.

Cons:

Hotel um pouco envelhecido, necessita de atualização nas casas de banho, especialmente nas torneiras, que são difíceis de fechar.

Funcionários simpáticos, vista do hotel incrível. Hotel acolhedor.

Cons:

Piscina interior não aquecida, chove dentro da piscina. Hotel precisa de obras. Fomos ao bar e pedimos 2 bebidas que estavam no menu, responderam-nos que não tinham, enquanto era um fim de semana que o hotel estava cheio.
Além disso, fizemos uma massagem que poderia ser mais relaxante e nem tinham uma música ambiente.
Precisa de melhorias.

Possivel que repita.
Pros:

Gostei do espaço em si, a vista tanto de dia como de noite é fabulosa.

Cons:

Nao gostei de ver alguma falta de manutenção no edifício, corrimão das varandas exteriores de alguma forma degradados, muita da pintura exterior nas varandas a descascar.
Apelo à administração um pouco mais de atenção na manutenção a nivel geral, o edifício merece e além disso é um hotel de ****.
