Meravigliosi in tutto.
Pros:

Proprietari gentilissimi, ti fanno sentire come a casa e ti trasmettono la passione per quello che fanno e per la loro meravigliosa isola.
La stanza è molto spaziosa ed accogliente, posta in una posizione molto comoda come punto di appoggio per visitare tutta Madeira, ma nonostante la posizione comoda a qualsiasi servizio è posta in una via chiusa e si è molto tranquilli.
Nota ultra positiva: tutte le mattine i proprietari prendono il pane appena sfornato e ne lasciano una sacchetta fuori ad ogni stanza dalle 6.00 di mattina.
Prima del check-out ci hanno regalato una torta tipica.
Super consigliati.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
Pros:

Besonders hervrzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Die Lage ist nicht weit von der Stadtmitte Funchal entfernt. Zu Fuß kann man bis zum Meer laufen. Von der Terasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Was man wissen muss: das Quartier hat ist mehr ein großes Hotelzimmer als Wohnung. Vorteil: Man hat auch den gleichen Service: Brötchen am Morgen und täglich werden die Betten gemacht. Die Rezeption ist von den Gastgebern Vormittags und Spätnachmittag besetzt. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

Personal super amable y el apartamento super limpio cada día.
Pros:

He tenido una experiencia maravillosa en este hotel. Desde el primer momento, Bruno y su padre fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera aún más agradable.

La habitación estaba impecable cada día, con un nivel de limpieza excelente.
Todas las mañanas temprano dejan pan en la puerta lo que nos pareció un detalle super valorable para desayunar o llevar un bocadillo al senderismo.
Se puede dejar el coche en la puerta gratis.

Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold på Vila Marta 😊
Beliggenheden var perfekt som base til at udforske øen.

Værten var utrolig venlig og hjælpsom. Vi blev budt velkommen med en smagning af lokal rød og hvid Madeira vin, og hver morgen ventede friske rundstykker på os. Der var også sørget for basisvarer som mælk, smør og marmelade,en meget fin detalje.

Lejligheden var meget ren og velholdt, dog, med udsigt over en en bananplantage og med udsigt over have.

Alt i alt et rigtig godt ophold takket være den varme gæstfrihed og gode beliggenhed.

Pros:

Sr Joel e Bruno sao pessoas fantásticas, te deixam a vontade e sempre procuram ajudar.
O pão todos os dias no café da manhã.
A cesta de frutas , leite, etc para o 1o café da manhã. O local é muito agradável e avista pro mar da varanda e contagiante. Foram dias muito intensos e alegres.

Pros:

Schöne, zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit garantiertem Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude - perfekt wenn man mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs ist. Der Blick vom Balkon ist top! Hervorzuheben sind die Besitzer des Hauses, die sehr zuvorkommend sind und bei Anreise Obst und täglich Frühstücksbrötchen zur Verfügung gestellt haben.

Madeira trip
Pros:

Bruno and his father did so much to help us especially with airport transfers.We were greeted on first day with Madeira wine and got fresh bread every morning. Exceptional.

Недавно мы отдыхали на Мадейре и остановились в Vila Marta. У нас остались самые тёплые впечатления от этого места.

Хозяева очень гостеприимные, доброжелательные и внимательные люди. Они всегда интересовались, как прошёл наш день, куда мы ездили, всё ли нам нравится, и благодаря этому создавалась очень уютная и почти домашняя атмосфера.

Мы жили в студии, где было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: небольшая кухня со всеми принадлежностями, удобная зона отдыха и балкон с прекрасным видом на океан. Особенно приятно было начинать утро — каждое утро нам приносили свежие, ещё тёплые булочки.

При отъезде хозяева сделали нам небольшой национальный сюрприз, что было очень трогательно и стало прекрасным завершением нашего отдыха.

Большое спасибо за тёплый приём! Если мы снова приедем на Мадейру, с удовольствием остановимся здесь снова.

We had y very relaxing week at Vila Marta.
Pros:

Very friendly hosts! Great sea view from the balcony! Surroundings not very touristy. Quiet location. Charming hotel!

Cons:

We relied on public transport, depending on ones' wishes, this is probably a better location for using a car. To make more of the balcony some sun-/windshades would have been great.

The owner and his son were really welcoming and helpful.
They answered any questions and gave us good advice. They also helped to get a driver for some day trips. He was very knowledgable and reliable.

Pros:

The owner is a very nice man. Easy to communicate with. He treats us with fresh bread every morning and a Madeira cake as a gift when we left. Highly recommended.
