Så tacksam för personalen!
Pros:

Personalen på boendet var helt fantastiska, så behjälpliga och alltid tillgängliga. Rummet var mysigt och hade allting jag önskade mig. Läget var också jättebra, fanns en pendelstation precis utanför hotellet. Även tunnelbana fanns i närheten.

staff really friendly
location is perfect for concerts in king baudouin
they clean daily
no AC but they have ceiling fans so its okay

Cons:

old building, no elevator, facilities are old as well
far from city center if you're a tourist, but for me it was perfect location (close to the stadium)
if you're the type to nitpick small details of the room then this is not the room for you, but if you're looking for a comfortable place to sleep & shower and the location works for you then it's a great place!

Pros:

Nous étions venus pour un festival au parc de l'Atomium; l'emplacement est idéal : 5 minutes à pied
Le personnel s'est montré agréable

Cons:

Hygiène globale médiocre (moquette sale, ménage dans les chambres et la SDB laissant à désirer). Chasse d'eau non fonctionnelle dans les toilettes : nous avons dû nous servir de la poubelle de la salle de bain (qui était un seau,certes "design" mais un seau quand même, ce qui me fait penser qu'ils sont au courant du problème) pour évacuer la cuvette. PAS DE CLIMATISATION !!! (L'hôtel ne mentionne pas qu'il y en a,donc pas de mensonges, mais 32°c dans la chambre la nuit c'était compliqué) Petit déjeuner médiocre. Rapport qualité/prix très très mauvais; j'ai payé la chambre plus cher qu'au WARWICK. Ils jouent sur le fait qu'au dates où nous souhaitions nous rendre à BX ils étaient les seuls du secteur à avoir encore des chambres libres, j'ai été un bon pigeon on ne m'y reprendra pas :)

Friendly, clean but basic. A good option for events at the stadium.
Pros:

Super friendly reception staff who embraced everyone going to the BTS concert. Shower was great and comfortable room.

Cons:

If you are sensitive to noise when sleeping the hotel position is near a tram crossroad so traffic/road noises can be loud. I had ear plugs.
