Il centro benessere è fantastico, la colazione buona e la pulizia ottima.

Cons:

Lo staff potrebbe essere un po’ più gentile, il wifi è scomodo da configurare (un foglio di carta con le credenziali di accesso per dispositivo) la tv in camera non era Smart, e la colazione potrebbe migliorare sia in offerta che come orari.

Dal muro è sceso del marrone mentre facevo la doccia, bagno tutt’uno con la doccia, bagno per disabili senza che l’avessimo richiesto. Tassa di soggiorno 6€ una follia.

Cons:

Appena entrato, ho trovato 3 cimici in camera e questo mi ha dato un po fastidio, fino a quando sono riuscito poi a buttarle fuori dalla finestra.

Dopo un periodo di...appannamento è tornato ai massimi livelli. È uno degli hotel che preferisco, grandi spazi, luminoso ed elegante. Le camere sono pulite, così come i bagni, comodi e funzionali. Spa, palestra, piscina, parcheggio e garage completano le dotazioni di questo hotel, in un luogo davvero bello quale è Castel San Pietro Terme. C'è anche un ricercato ristorante, elegante e ben gestito.
