Very unfair practice.
Pros:

I booked this hotel knowing that we will stay here, instead we were transferred to “hotel midi-zuid” no emails no nothing, they just took the money, if I only knew that it was under construction I could’ve booked somewhere else, (beware it’s still active on listing) I don’t know why booking.com let properties to operate like this. It’s a cruel and very unfair, I paid for a superior double room in this hotel and we were transferred in a hotel 3 doors down without a working air conditioning, please save your money and book somewhere else.

Cons:

Very unfair practice.

Cons:

Floor was chipped and broken table top.

We had booking in a different hotel. Once we were there, found police noticed on the hotel door. Hotel is closed. We have to go to next door then the other hotel accommodate us on the same booking. It was very frustrated. We have not been notified!

Logement confortable avec un rapport qualité-prix très correct dans le quartier de Bruxelles-Midi.
Pros:

J'avais d'abord écrit un commentaire positif : "Logement confortable avec un rapport qualité-prix très correct dans le quartier de Bruxelles-Midi. Le personnel était accueillant. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres." Mais je le relativise car cela fait une semaine que j'essaie d'obtenir une facture. Contact par messagerie, mail et téléphone et on me laisse dans le vent.

Cons:

Notre étage était en partie en rénovation mais ce n'était pas dérangeant. Le personnel était à l'écoute avant la réservation mais depuis qu'elle est terminée, pas possible d'obtenir une simple facture.

Emplacement Modeste mais chambre confortable
Pros:

L’hôtel était fermé à notre arrivée.
Il était cellé par la police mais une affiche nous indiqué de se rapprocher de l’hôtel du midi. Nous avons été bien accueilli dans ce nouveau lieu.

Je n’ai pas apprécié le quartier dans lequel nous étions

Lo único que me gustó del alojamiento que no fue en ese hotel fue en el hotel midi-zuid por qué en la puerta del hotel de france había un precinto policial y nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel fue que estaba cerca de la estación de tren de Bruselas por lo demás muy descontenta con el hotel y su servicio.

La segunda noche al llegar al hotel no iba la tarjeta para abrir la habitación, bajamos a recepción el chico dijo que había arreglado la tarjeta y al volver a entrar con la tarjeta de nuevo habían dos chicas alojadas en nuestra habitación fue horrible y no nos querían devolver el dinero nuestras cosas tampoco estaban y al final las encontramos en un pasillo tiradas en el suelo con las pertenencias sueltas en una bolsa de basura fue muy surrealista todo. Nos decían que solo habíamos reservado una noche cuando eran 3 y no nos dieron ningún tipo de solución al principio decían que el hotel estaba completo y después finalmente nos dieron otra habitación por no quedarnos en la calle tirados. Muy descontenta con el hotel y el servicio. El ambiente en ese barrio de Bruselas tampoco era bueno sinceramente, no reservéis en ese hotel!!!!
Yo ya me he puesto en contacto con Booking para que nos den una solución.

Pros:

Lo que mas nos gustó es la ubicación y el desayuno bufete que ofrecen, aunque no está incluido en el alojamiento el precio de 7€ por persona es bastante razonable para la variedad de productos que tienes a tu disposición en el desayuno.

Cons:

La limpieza, en todos los hoteles te hacen las camas todos los días y te cambian toallas, pero en este no hacían las camas nunca y solo si reclamabas te cambiaban las toallas.
