Vila Liza

Went to check in, room very shabby very small, bed sunken in the middle, toilet constantly running plug socket hanging out of the wall
Asked to change room owner rude abusive telling me (female o n my own as husband was trying to park, also an issue) it was his hotel and he could fix I said I didn't think it would be safe to use he shouted at me telling me if I didn't like it I should leave
Then started pushing my suitcases out the door
He repeatedly shouted at me as I left
Do not stay here

Trogir was a great place to start our Croatian holiday. The Vila Liza was a great location opposite the old town and views looking out across the water. The warm welcome from Maritza at check in was much appreciated. The roof terrace breakfast was delicious.
It is an easy walk from the bus station and only one flight of stairs to the rooms. The rooms are simply furnished in an older building but we found everything clean and adequate. The nearby bars and cafes weren’t noisy as we stayed in a weeknight. Good value for money if you’re looking for a place in Trogir to base your trips from.

Excellent emplacement, très belle vue depuis la chambre, parking gratuit à environ 400 mètres, bon petit déjeuner sur terrasse commune, hôtel vieillissant, une rénovation serait souhaitable ( moquette usée, murs abîmés, salle de bain)

Heerlijke plek vlakbij Trogir, winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt op terras.

Prachtig plekje op een paar 100 meter van de stad Trogir. Fijn terras om te ontbijten, vlakbij winkeltjes en busstation. Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen.

There are 2 separate place run by the same people. The Liza Apartment is on the island right smack in the old town and perfect for taking in the sights and sounds of Trogir. The Vila is across the bridge and is a hotel. Not the Ritz but very well located and reasonably priced. The friendly and accommodating owner also helps make this a pleasant unassuming stay.

Liza was very accommodating and helpful to get us settled in. Location was great for the night before flying back out of the Split airport

Did not look like the pictures. When we got there the front door was locked, none of the phonenumbers on the door worked. Took us 20 minutes and talks back and forth with the staff in the hotel below Villa Liza for the manager to show up and unlock the door. The room was musty with a hard bed and wallpaper crumbling off. The sliding door for the shower could not close and almost fell off and hit me on the head. The whole room had a stench of tobacco and dust. I checked for bed bugs before laying in the bed.

der Blick auf die Altstadt. Nicht gefallen: Schimmelflecke hinter dem Heizkörper in der Ecke, Handtuchhalter lose herunterhängend, eine Steckdose lose in der Wand, offensichtlich provisorisch aufgehängter Boiler über dem Toilettenbecken, Zubereitung der Frühstücksgetränke.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Vila lizza war eine einzige Katastrophe. Bei der Ankunft standen wir vor einer verschlossenen Tür obwohl die Rezeption 24 Std besetzt sein sollte. Wir mussten erst anrufen und nach einer viertel Stunde kam eine junge Dame und händigte uns in aller Eile die Schlüssel aus. Mit der Bemerkung um 9:00 am nächsten Morgen gibt es Frühstück und weg war sie. Am nächsten Morgen kam sie um 9:05 und fing an das Frühstück zum herrichten sodass wir um kurz vor halb zehn Uhr mit dem Frühstück beginnen konnten.
Weiteres hatte ich zwei Parkplätze reserviert und bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen das die Vila Liza nur einen Parkplatz zur Verfügung hat. Also mussten wir unser zweiten Auto ca einen Kilometer weiter weg parken.
Fazit unseres Aufenthaltes nie wieder Villa Liza.

Vi forventet det vi var lovet fra beskrivelsen av rommet.MEN ingen rengjøring,(Romma var ikke reine ved ankomst) ingen toalettartikler,aldri skift av laken( var der 14.netter).Ved krysset av på et ark,hva vi ville ha til frokost og tidspunkt(9)Aldri noe som skjedde før 9.15,då ble klokka fort 9.30 før alt var klart. Og vi kunne bare glemme hva vi hadde krysset av!Av positive ting:wi-fi fungerte fint,airconditioning bra,beliggenhet veldig bra,håndklær bra. Hadde dette vert en chartertur,hadde vi absolutt krevd penger tilbake. Ver så snill å sjekk forhold ,her må ha vert skifte på vertskap ,for tidligere anmeldelser stemme ikke.

The room I had was nice and large enough. I was never checked in by a staff member, just shown the room and ushered in. I was never checked out of the hotel either. Breakfast was supposed to be included on the experience and I never received it. I was very dissatisfied with the lack of staff and their process.

Fint sted å bo med sentral beliggenhet! Ikke forvent noe luksushotell, men det funker helt fint :)

Lit très très inconfortable. Beaucoup de bruit. Musique jusqu’a 5 heures du matin et avion qui décolle à partir de 6h

The location is perfect to walking into town center. However the room I stayed was directly on a busy street with a disco club next door that remains active very late. So if you are good with sleeping through noise, this is the perfect place. Breakfast in terrace was nice in the morning. The owner was very responsive via email.

Det var väldigt svårt att komma i kontakt med dem för incheckning.
Annars allt bra. Mycket bra frukost och jättefint läge

Very friendly and welcoming worker (Liza) took really good care of visitors.
