The man at Reception was rude.
We checked in in the evening there was a Man with no hair. He wasn't friendly at all.

Personeel heel aardig, ontbijt was goed en accommodatie ook.

Cons:

Onze kamer was nog niet klaar, we hadden een beetje haast want we moesten ons klaar maken voor een concert. We hadden de receptioniste 3x gevraagd of de kamer inmiddels al klaar was, want er was al 1 uur voorbij gegaan. Het hotel was volgeboekt dus het was heel druk en dat is ook begrijpelijk alleen reageerde ze best geïrriteerd.

Great staff
Pros:

The staff who did the check in for us was very kind and friendly. She even tried to speak Vietnamese to me and we did a small talk about how she learned the language. Overall great staff. The stay was also easy to reach out to the city centre.

Lite gammalt hotell så hissen tog lång tid att komma. Mitt hotellkort slutade att funka 3 gånger på 2 dagar, var lite frustrerande att gå ner till receptionen flertalet gånger.
