Altes, abgewohntes Hotel

Die Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus und Straßenbahn ist gut.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig.
Die Bedienung abends an der Hotelbar war freundlich und sehr bemüht.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer war defekt, es gab nur einen geräuschintensiven Ventilator. Das Doppelbett war mit nur einer großen Decke ausgestattet. Die Kopfkissen waren winzig. Von den zwei Fenstern ließ sich nur eines öffnen, und das nur auf Kippstellung. Bei der Hitze war eine richtige Durchlüftung in der Nacht nicht möglich. Die Schlüsselkarten für Zimmer und Parkhaus versagten mehrmals und mussten neu codiert werden.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings gab es neben Rührei nur kalte hartgekochte Frühstückseier. Auch gab es keine richtigen Teller, sondern nur solche Porzellantabletts mit verschiedenen Vertiefungen, ähnlich wie in Großkantinen. Die ständige Berieselung durch Musik in dem Frühstücksraum war nervig und hätte durchaus dezenter sein können.
Der Zimmertresor war im untersten Fach des Kleiderschranks untergebracht, wodurch er sehr schlecht zu bedienen und einzusehen war. Zudem war er bei unserer Ankunft funktionsuntüchtig und musste erst durch einen Techniker instandgesetzt werden. Eine Bedienungsanleitung fehlte.
Eine Hotelinfo auf dem Zimmer fehlte.

Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt für einen Konzert-Besuch in der Allianzarena - würde ich wieder buchen.
Pros:

Zimmer mit Klimaanlage top. Frühstück auch top.
Lage etwas außerhalb - aber gute Anbindung an die Öffis.
Netter Service - auch im dazugehörenden Nachbarhotel (wo es auch das Frühstück gibt).

Cons:

Alles gut - einzig ein optischer Mangel: nur die Flurteppiche sind etwas fleckig.
