Cons:

Il segreto del parcheggio si è svelato al 3 giorno, nonostante avessi chiesto a più persone della reception, per poi avere una spiegazione da coloro che gestiscono il parcheggio esternamente. Ho chiesto il ferro da stiro sempre quando rientravo dal lavoro, ma mi veniva detto che era disponibile sono in mattinata, e per chi lavora non è agevole. La piscina, come il parcheggio, non ha alcuna indicazione, per poi scoprire che si può utilizzare dopo le 8:00 e fino alle 17, con tanto di chiusura in pausa pranzo. Quindi anch'essa per un lavoratore, è inutilizzabile. Insomma, ho scelto questa struttura per il parcheggio e la piscine, e in entrambi i casi ci sono stati vari disguidi.

Non male ma nulla di eccezionale

Purtroppo c'è stato un problema con l'acqua, non c'era pressione. Oltre a questo purtroppo ho trovato vari capelli nel letto

Cons:

Abbiamo preso questa struttura altre volte e siamo tornati perché la posizione è comoda per noi che andiamo a Pomigliano per lavoro.

Questa volta avevamo con noi il nostro cagnolino di kg 1,6 e come sempre ogni volta abbiamo con noi tutto l’occorrente per far stare bene lui e non sporcare o rovinare nulla.

Al ceck in abbiamo avvisato e tutto ok.
Al ceck out abbiamo avuto il conto da pagare per lui.

Attenzione ci sta ! È giusto pagare un servizio. Io problema è che nessun servizio ci è stato dato per lui visto che se pago dovrei avere una doggy bag con almeno una traversina.

L’ho fatto presente alla reception e l’addetta non ha saputo rispondere nulla se non che dovevano pagare € 20 in più.

Bene questo credo che sia oltremodo scorretto !
Per non parlare dell’atteggiamento allucinante di un cameriere in sala colazioni ….

Mi dispiace molto perché pochi accorgimenti potrebbero essere la differenza che chi paga vorrebbe !

Super Nice!
Pros:

It was very very good, everything was clean and nice. I saw two rooms, and they both were so nice. Espically for an Italy hotel. I slept in one, it has a shower, a TV, air conditioning, outlets, and wifi, and breakfast options in the morning.
