Todo ok como en familia merece la pena

Cuando llegamos no tenían la reserva hecha, nos dieron una habitación doble con camas d matrimonio cómodas, es lo único bueno que puedo decir... Los vasos sucios, las paredes con manchas, telas d araña en el techo, poca luz en el baño, los jardines muy dejados, la zona del mini-golf muy muy abandonado, adoquines sueltos, zonas de césped con pasto y arena sólo, amacas sucias, la piscina desmoronandose,muy sucio todo y el desayuno incluido muy muy pobre.... Un desastre. Creo que deberían de quitarle varias estrellas deja mucho q desear.

I don't know how they get their star rating but this is not a 4 star hotel. I would give it 3 at the most. On arrival it looks good from the outside but as our stay progressed the cracks began to show. The pool is open from 12 noon and was not properly clean, as the water was cloudy and the pool surround which was painted concrete did not appear to have been painted for a while, certainly not for this summer season. The lift was out of order and did not go all the way down to the lower level anyway which meant there was a flight of stairs to be negotiated down to the pool area, which could be a problem for someone with mobility problems. We booked half board but I would not recommend this option as the dinner options on half board are limited and not the best I have had anyway. The only waiter on duty was also serving at the bar which was in another room. He was trying his hardest and was a credit. Our room was small okay for one night no in-room safe and the fridge was noisy the TV was ancient and made a humming noise One of our bath towels had a hole in it and just about fell apart when I was using it. They provide towels for use by the pool for a deposit of 7 euros but you only get 5 Euros back when you return them.The pool bar wasn't open and the hotel bar was shut when I went there for a drink just before 5p.m.The tables in the bar were dirty. The breakfast was basic and some of the crockery was not properly cleaned. WiFi was poor and there was virtually no signal

Vi var på genomresa med vår hund och valde hotellet eftersom det tillåter hund och ligger på landet så att vi kunde rasta den på ganska långa promenader. Hotellet ligger vackert med vid utsikt nästan runtomkring. Rummet vi fick var stort och låg nere vid poolen. Denna var dock ännu inte tillräckligt vattenfylld för bad. Det var ännu lågsäsong för hotellet. Det märktes också vid frukosten som hade ett ganska begränsat utbud, faktiskt mindre än vi väntat oss i ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. En annan besvikelse var att WiFi inte fanns i rummen, endast vid receptionen. I Hotels.com står att det finns WiFi på rummen och detta är således fel.

Unusual noise from water pipes during the night. Good base to explore nearby attractions such as the Alhambra.

Hotel muy limpio. Zonas comunes perfectas para ir con familia. Consta de minigolf, petanca, piscina, Ping-pong, juegos y todo sin cargo. Zona muy tranquila y muy recomendable para pasar unos días desconectado. El personal muy agradable y atento. Tuvieron un problema con los datáfonos y llegaron a proponernos que les pagáramos por transferencia cuando llegásemos a casa. "No me había pasado nunca".
Volveremos sin duda.

Litt slitt hotell som ikke sto til forventningene. Vanskelig og finne frem og kun svømmebassen av aktiviteter rund hotellet. Wifi kun tilgjengelig i resepsjonen.

Cet hôtel nous a été imposé suite à un sur booking dans l'hôtel que nous avions choisi à l'origine.
Piscine en travaux, odeur d'humidité dans les chambres, déco très vieillotte... Nous avons été déçu.

The staff was very nice and breakfast in the morning was very good. The hotel is OK. The general areas are nice, but the rooms are super simple in decoration and we were told the air conditioning compressor had been turned off because the evenings were starting to cool off. It was hot ( and I know hot, because I live in Miami). I could not sleep comfortably and didn't feel comfortable sleeping with the door size window open.

A 2 pas de l'autoroute Grenade-Malaga sans en souffrir les nuisances sonores cet hotel en pleine campagne plantée d'oliviers a une relation qualité prix exceptionnelle. A conseiller.

A l arrivée la clim ne fonctionnait pas alors qu il faisait 40°!Idem pour le coffre fort qui n'a vaut plus de piles...Repas très moyen : plat sous vide ou surgelés réchauffés ..et pour couronner le tout le dernier soir une fiesta non annoncée , élection locale de Miss pour concourir à Miss Andalousie avec bruit infernal jusqu à une heure du matin et cavalcade dans l,hôtel toute la nuit...
À jdeckonseiller et ce n'est pas un quatre étoiles mais un deux maxi et en fin de vie !.

Vi var på vej til Gibraltar og valgte hotellet pga. poolen og beliggenheden for en nat. Jeg var spænt på en 4 stjerne service til den pris. Pool området er desværre lukket mellem 18 og 11 næste dag, dvs. vi kunne ikke nyde poolen. Beliggenheden er flot, et skønt udsigt fra bjerget. Ulempen er at det er meget svært at finde om aften, når det er mørkt. Værelserne var o.k. Børnene fik først et værelse som lugtet af fugt, men vi fik med det samme et andet, hvor der ikke var problemer. Vi ankom 20 minutter inden at køkkenet skulle lukke, men vi fik aligvel lækkert aftensmad, dvs. restaurat vår åben længere pga. af os. Super service. Morrgenmad buffet var meget enkelt Samlignet med andre hoteller, er dette ikke et 4 stjerne hotel, men i forhold til prisen var opholdet o.k. for en nat.

We found the Hotel difficult to find, location details a
little misleading, but when we found it the location was stunning with fabulous views.
The accomodation, restaurant and staff was all very good, but we had difficulty in getting drinks from the bar both late afternoon and after dinner, this was because there was a lack of staff, and each time we wanted a drink, we had to go to reception to frind a member od staff to help us.
Apart from that, we enjoyed our visit, and would recommend it to our friends.
