Ubicación genial. La limpieza fenomenal y las camas muy cómodas. Y sobre todo, el personal super amable. Especialmente en recepción, Julia. Desayuno buffet correcto. De agradecer que tengan variedad de tipos de leche para los alérgicos.

A localização é excelente, bem central, tem facilidade para o estacionamento, você pega o bilhete na máquina o recepcionista carimba e depois antes de pagar você leva na recepção do estacionamento e liga um valor fixo para o funcionário pelos dias que vai usar, depois é sair e entrar automaticamente.
Recepção atende muito bem e tem café opcional também muito bom.

Cons:

Pediram-nos para fazer o pequeno almoço pelas 9 horas, o que fizemos, quando chegàmos verificámos que nao havia quase nada para comer, pois o grupo que referiram comeu praticamente tudo e nada foi reposto.

Não devolveram o valor do pequeno almoço que não serviram por má informação prestada dos horários
Pros:

Disseram-nos que o pequeno almoço era até às 10:30 e quando baixamos às 10:10 para comer informaram-nos que terminava às 10h!
Já incomodado com a situação, pedi o reembolso do valor do pequeno almoço e disseram-nos para enviar um e-mail!!!
Ficaram muito mal neste assunto!!! E assim se perdem clientes!!!
Nunca mais lá volto pois foi uma falta de profissionalismo e consideração...
E sinto-me roubado pois paguei um serviço que não usufrui por culpa do mau funcionamento do Hotel!
