The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, being just a 5-minute walk from the train and bus stations as well as a large shopping mall, with the historic center about 15 minutes away on foot. There are also numerous nearby bus stops for getting to the beach and plenty of cafes around. Additionally, the daily housekeeping was very good, with the staff cleaning the room thoroughly, changing towels, and making the beds properly every day.
The hotel is outdated and overpriced for what it offers. There was no minibar in the room, although it was listed in the Double or Twin Room description. The bathroom door closes extremely loudly. The bed linens and towels are old, and sometimes frayed or stained, though they were well-washed. The soap, gel, and shampoo are all provided as a single all-in-one liquid.
The biggest issue was accessing room 505. From the first day, the door would not open even when the lock turned green. A reception staff member came up and struggled for a long time to get it open, only to inform us that they would not fix the problem. We were told to simply find an employee whenever we couldn't get in. They refused to change our room or refund our payment so we could switch hotels, and we were given only one keycard for two guests. As a result, entering our room was a struggle throughout our entire 6-night stay, sometimes taking three attempts or several minutes trying to open the door. On the final evening, the card stopped working completely, forcing us to head down to reception to reactivate it. We received no apologies for any of these inconveniences.

Igual fue casualidad pero justo marque que iba por trabajo( tenia un examen al día siguiente) y lo que me encontré desgraciadamente era gente volviendo de fiesta a las habitaciones cada media hora por lo que no dormí apenas
