Muy bonitas habitaciones y muy limpias.
Pros:

La habitación muy bonita y cómodas camas. Cerca de todos los mejores lugares y de los atracaderos.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado es un poco viejo y costó que sirviera bien.
No fueron puntuales en el desayuno a las 7:00am y nos atrasamos con la salida.

Me gusta la ubicación, y que el hotel se miraba lindo y limpio siempre, 1000 puntos por ahí.

Cons:

Que la habitación cuádruple la publican como una habitación con una cama extragrande y otra grande, para 4 personas, pero la cama "grande" es en realidad una cama individual, dos personas ahí no pueden dormir bien. El desayuno no estuvo tan bien. Siempre faltaba huevo, o pan, o algo. Además cuando reservé mi comprobante de reserva general, incluía 2 habitaciones, una cuádruple con desayuno, y una habitación doble, con una regalía de desayuno de genuis. Al final en el hotel me quitaron el desayuno de la habitación doble, dos personas tuvimos que ir a desayunar aparte en otro lugar. Además, la persona que atiende en recepción no tiene conducta para trabajar con público, no tiene paciencia, y se ve de mal humor siempre.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena básicamente todo te queda cerca desde el hotel

Cons:

Sólo un pequeño detalle era que la cerradura de la puerta de la habitación es eléctrica y hacia un ruido cómo que si la estuvieran abriendo pero fuera de eso todo muy bien

Pros:

Vam estar l'última nit que vam estar a Bocas del Toro i un hotel molt correcte.
Tot té una mida gran, habitació prèmium molt gran, llits dobles enormes amb dutxa també gran i còmode.
Una bona opció si decideixes allotjar-te a Bocas Town.

Cons:

En algún moment de la nit hi havia un soroll com si fos d'alguna habitació de motors, però va marxar i no va ser un problema.

No repetiría en swans clay

La cercanía a todas las excursiones y los restaurantes era muy cómoda la verdad,estaba todo a apenas unos minutos del hotel

Cons:

Las camas muy duras e incómodas, las almohadas eran muy duras. El material de la cama como las sábanas estaba manchado y roto.
El personal no tenía un trato cercano y eran un tanto antipatico.
La habitación carecía de ventanas lo cual te hacía sentir que estabas en una cárcel, solo teníamos una ventana que daba al interior del edificio.
También se escucha todo lo que ocurre en las habitaciones de al lado lo que puede llevar a situaciones muy incómodas.
El aire acondicionado funcionaba de vez en cuando.
Se escuchaba música y muchas cosas del exterior y se hacía un suplicio.
