Ok place, but we had a miserable experience
Pros:

The staff, the breakfast and the rooms were ok for a budget hotel. Would probably be an acceptable budget stay in other circumstances.

Cons:

Unfortunately we came during a heatwave and had a miserable time. We could not sleep! There is no air conditioning so the temperature in our room was over 35 degrees at night. Our room was facing the street which was incredibly noisy at all hours of the night, with the people in the bar downstairs talking and yelling all night and the ambulances passing by. After two nights of this we decided this is unsafe for our health and had to cut our stay short and book another hotel.

Nahe an der SBahn.

Cons:

In der Nacht war es sehr laut, ohne Klimaanlage mussten wir die Fenster offen lassen, kaum geschlafen, das Zimmer war klein und nicht sauber. Kein Parkplatzt

Super lokalizacja, miła i sprawna obsługa, przyzwoity nocleg. Przydałaby się jednak ochrona.

Miła obsługa, sprawny check-in i check-out. Lokalizacja blisko stacji kolejowej co pozwala na szybką komunikację. Super lokalizacja na nocleg przed koncertami na stadionie olimpijskim.

Cons:

Pościel miała małe plamy, hotel jest już dość stary i przydałby się remont - w tej cenie spodziewałbym się większego komfortu. Dodatkowo w tym czasie przed hotelem było bardzo dużo obcokrajowców, którzy rzucali komentarze w naszą stronę, siedzieli w wejściu do hotelu i na schodach, gdy wnosiliśmy rzeczy i nikt za bardzo z tym nic nie robił. Było to niekomfortowe, a przebywali tam cały dzień i byli głośno co było słyszalne też w pokoju.

Einmal und nie wieder, Bin nach 3 Stunden wieder abgereist.

Vie zu teuer dreckig und keine Klimaanlage und das für 135€ bei einer Nacht und einer Person .

Zentrale Lage: S-Bahn , einkaufen

Cons:

Lärm!! Unterkunft für Bauarbeiter, die Ihre Transporter im Innenhof parken. Dort trifft man sich: morgens um 6.30h und nach Feierabend 18.00h. Es wird i allem Sprachen laut geredet und gerufen. Dazwischen wurde auch die Raucherecke mit Stühlen unter meinem Fester genutzt. Alles sehr lautstark. Neben dem Hotel ist ein Späti mit Bänken. Regelmäßig sass dort eine Mnnergruppe bis nachts um 1.00h. durch die Einfahrt war der Lärm im Innenhof zu hören, derr Schall potenzierte sich sogar. Bei der Hitze im Zimmer, war also morgens und abends an lüften nicht zu denken.
Der Ferseher hatte permanente Aussetzer, vermutich Stromschwankungen. Die Programme verstellt. Der kleine Kühlschrank laut. Alles in allem sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Ich kann daß Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Sehr nahe am Bahnhof Charlottenburg, insofern gute Anbindung an ÖPNV.
Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Zimmer optisch grenzwertig. Zimmersafe defekt. Zimmer zu sehr lautem Hinterhof.
Bezahlter Preis völlig überzogen.

I booked a single room but I was given a room with 5 bed hostel style no kettle in the room no discount because the room wasn't exactly how I booked it si great disappointment. Beds very uncomfortable

Für 1-2 Nächte mal auszuhalten

Die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln
Betten waren okay
Personal war freundlich

Cons:

Kein Parkplatz….durch Kneipe nebenan nachts sehr laut…es hat die ganze Zeit nach Gras durch kiffen gerochen…sozial schwaches Klientel unterwegs…

Im groben und ganzen alles gut verlaufen. Wer nicht so hohe Ansprüche hat, ist dort gut aufgehoben..
