Purtroppo la mia esperienza non è stata all’altezza di un hotel che si presenta come una struttura a 4 stelle.

Ho soggiornato per due notti pagando 179 € per una camera ad uso singolo. Ritengo che il prezzo sia stato decisamente elevato rispetto ai servizi offerti. Confrontandomi anche con una persona del posto, mi è stato riferito che la tariffa applicata era ben superiore alla media normalmente richiesta per strutture analoghe della zona. Alla luce dell’esperienza vissuta, considero il rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente non soddisfacente.

Durante il soggiorno ho riscontrato diversi problemi che mi hanno causato un notevole disagio.

Il primo è l’assenza di un frigorifero o anche solo di un minibar in camera. Considerando le temperature estive, che durante il mio soggiorno hanno raggiunto circa 40 °C, si tratta di una mancanza davvero importante. Avevo la necessità di conservare medicinali, cibo e bevande fresche, anche durante la notte, e non poterlo fare mi ha creato notevoli disagi.

Il secondo problema riguarda l’assenza di tapparelle, persiane o qualsiasi altro sistema di oscuramento. La camera era dotata esclusivamente di una tenda molto sottile che lasciava filtrare quasi completamente la luce del sole. Di conseguenza non sono riuscita a riposare adeguatamente e il mio sonno è stato compromesso ogni mattina.

Anche l’illuminazione della camera era decisamente insufficiente. Non era presente un vero lampadario nella zona letto, ma soltanto poche luci, del tutto inadeguate per illuminare correttamente l’ambiente.

Desidero inoltre segnalare un episodio che ritengo particolarmente grave sotto il profilo della sicurezza. Al mio rientro in hotel all’alba, dopo una serata trascorsa fuori, il cancello d’ingresso era chiuso e il campanello esterno sembrava non funzionare. Io e gli amici che mi avevano riaccompagnata abbiamo suonato ripetutamente per circa dieci minuti senza ricevere alcuna risposta.

Location as taxi driver ripped us off because we weren't going to the centre of Naples.
Room smelt of cigarettes but after a flight we couldn't be bothered to ask to change.

Leave this hotel to the guests paying the hourly rate
Pros:

The staff were as helpful as possible. Didn't speak English which was difficult.
Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Rooms were smelly. Very thin walls. Not one taxi or local knew where the hotel was so traveling was a nightmare and they didn't speak engling so directing them was difficult.
The don't do invoices which was needed due to it being a work trip.
Leave this hotel to the people paying the hourly rate. I
