Wow - location breathtaking!
Pros:

Just returned from a week stay. The room was really spacious and large, extremely comfortable beds, air conditioning was excellent and simple to use. The location of this hotel really is perfect. Balcony was facing the sea, all the pools face the sea, easy 39 second walk to the sea from the pools. Easy access to the snack bars and restaurant which is joined with the sister hotel. So many food choices, we had half board which was perfect and more than enough for our family. Breakfast starts at 8 and runs until 11 and dinner from 7 until 9.30. Hamid on breakfast very professional and fast omelettes and toasties. The entertainment staff sorry can’t remember all their names but includes Sofia, Alicia, Nico. Kids loved them and they all worked very hard from aqua aerobics, yoga, darts, pool, dancing, karaoke, games, and general duties. Their presence made a big impact on our stay.
This hotel is 26 mins taxi from the airport and easy to do water sports by the hotel. I would highly recommend any family to stay here. Location is just wow.

Estado do Hotel muito degradado sem nenhuma restrição acústica entre quartos e entre os quartos e o corredor, refeições com pouca variedade e pouca qualidade. Em suma não cumpre o mínimo aceitável.

Pros:

The hotel is really amazing. Staff are so nice and kind, the food is really good, every place is clean and organized. It was a great experience!

Cons:

I missed a fridge and a kettle in the rooms. The drinks in the all inclusive system it could be better, there is no alcohol at all in the alcoholic drinks.

Big disappointment - to avoid , more like motel
Pros:

The fact it’s in Ibiza and beach nearby

Cons:

Spent a lot of money for a room that looked like a jail cell. Completely not matching the pictures, as all the pictures show the nice rooms only facing the beach, not the ones facing the side road with graffiti.
Food wasn’t great.
