Europe Hotel Sofia

Close to city center and airport. Room was spacious.

I enjoyed my short stay in this spacious hotel number with a great view.

Luxury and tranquility, security and high respect for the client, perfect cleanliness and a classy restaurant with wonderful food, a starry Sky bar with a view from the seventh floor, in a commercial and entertainment area.The best!

Probably the worst hotel I have stopped in. The restaurant staff were rude and very aggressive and obviously did not like British people. The hotel is very dirty, and it’s advertised as a Best Western Hotel which it is not. DO NOT STOP HERE, it’s a dirty dump.

Expedia website do not reflect the true appearance of the hotel or rooms. Extremely dated, needs total refurbishment. Pool area disgusting chairs cushions just thrown to one side, pool area never cleared up rubbish on floor was left there. Jacuzzi not working , to be honest due to the total uncleanliness of the hotel and surroundings I wouldnt have risked using it.
If my husband could've come home earlier he would've done.

Well where to start, this place is run by a mafia wanna be family and don't take kind to any kind of tourist noise!!! Apparently they where looking at us on day one and choosing which one to fight first...nice!!! Location is inconvenient from center and not worth any kind of 4 star ....If I could stop one person staying here I would be happy so please avoid

I traveled to Sofia for business and I stayed in this hotel. The experience was good: the hotel has a good location (close to bus stops), the room and the bathroom were clean, and service at the front desk was always helpful.
If you go to the gym just take into account that some equipment need maintenance.
Good place to stay in you are in Sofia.

keine Brötchen, Bei 8 Gästen muss 4 Maö nachbesttellt werden. sonntag nur Teilausgebackene Hörnchen. Nächestes mal anderes Hotel.

Jeg har booket dette hotel før og været fuldt ud tilfreds, hvorfor jeg også er kommet igen.

Denne gang fik vi desværre et værelse, hvor badeværelset var råddent, og afløbet stank konstant af kloak (det var virkelig slemt)!


Personalet er som altid venlige og hjælpsomme. Hotellet ligger i et stille område lidt udenfor centrum, taxa er billig. Morgenmaden ok. Hyggeligt med Skybar.
Vi kommer nok igen, men vi vil ikke bo på dette værelse igen.

Hotellet ligger nära till det mesta matställen vilket är bra. Dock var hotellets frukost riktigt dålig och litet utbud. Dålig service förutom en kille i receptionen som var trevlig. Hotell rummet hade mögel på väggen, illaluktande doft i avloppet i badrummet och smutsig balkong. Tjock ofräsch heltäckningsmatta i hotellrummet. Ac i rummet funkade inte första dagen men när vi sa till om de så fixade dom den. Poolen hade grumligt vatten. Det låg fimpar lite här och var runt solstolarna. Tak terrassen var dock väldigt inbjudande och fräscht upprustad. Dom behöver verkligen jobba på servicen och renligheten.

Fint lille hotel, rolig beliggenhed men stadig centralt.

Poolområdet (solsenge, madrasser, parasoller) kunne godt trænge til en opgradering, men brugbart.
Menukort i restaurant kun på bulgarsk, ville være fint med et på engelsk.
Venligt personale.

Vi havde ikke varm vand på vores værelse de første 3 dage. Air condition virkede ikke. House cleaning kom 2 dage ud af de 7 dage vi var der.

Dejligt med pool og venligt personale. Fint udvalg til morgenmaden.

Ok, tasoinen hotelli. Huone siisti, mutta ilmastointi ei toiminut kunnolla. Aamupala suppea mutta löytyi syötävää sopivasti. Altaalla ei ollut ruuhkaa ja aurinko paistaa kivasti altaalle. Sijainti oli hyvä ja hotelli oli helppo löytää.

Was on a suite, on the 7th floor, the carpets were so dirty, everything was like they weren’t interested in the cleanliness of the room. And then, on the roof there is a terrace-bar, everybody was jumping and the music was so loud that I had to ask for another room. The night manager gave me a key for a room on the second floor, when I opened it it wasn’t cleaned (it was 22:00), had to go downstairs and claim for another room. It was better.
Breakfast wasn’t good either. Not a good experience for me.

No personal in the front desk,was someone that said-I “don’t know,i usually don’t work here”for everything we asked for.The rooms was cigars-smell,dirty carpet,douche not working properly.
Only the good thing was the breakfast—really good.

The worst place ever. The air conditioner is so old that it is about to fall apart when turned on. And the the fridge was warming the wine instead of cooling it. The staff was acting more than horrible. Nobody is there to help you out. They made our stay even worse. Doesn't worth the money. That's not a 4 star hotel for me for sure.

Had an amazing stay in Hotel Europe. The location it’s super convenient and close to several big supermarkets. Center of Sofia it’s close and easily accessible by subway or bus.
I highly recommend this hotel for business or family trip.
