We were very happy with our stay; it was a good value and we especially enjoyed the friendly staff.
Pros:

We liked the location. It was very close (5-10 min walk) to the bus stop from which we could go anywhere we wanted. I absolutely love the public transportation in Sofia! We were also able to walk to many of the places we wanted to go.

The room was pretty good. It was certainly big enough, and we liked that we had a balcony and a large bed. The bathroom and the bedroom could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn’t actually bad.

I really liked the breakfast. I thought there was great variety, and the food was very good. All of the hotel staff were extremely pleasant, but a big shout out to Peppa in the breakfast room. She was absolutely amazing, and so very friendly with the customers. Peppa was my favorite part of my stay at this hotel :)

Cons:

The hotel did have an “old” feel to it. It could use some updating. For the price, I was ok with this, though.

Pros:

Chambre propre, parking, balcon, accueil sympathique, petit déjeuner varié et copieux.
Possibilité de se rendre au centre en bus ( arrêt à moins de 5 mns à pied)

It was nice.
Pros:

Excellent location , very beautiful gardens really like Eden , all possible facilities that you can imagine.

Cons:

Are 4 Bulgarian stars, they do not even understand that the details are making all the difference.
Cleaning relative.
Shower 25 years old but at the end they changed ad least the hose.
The Black See is not clean , full with algees and medusa and in Bulgaria all the canalization goes into the see and sometimes are closing the beach.
Only the italian restaurant from the resort meets the standards as service and very good quality of the food at very reasonable prices.
Other Restaurants have bad service and they are robbing you specially the Cactus restaurant.

obsługa była wspaniała, pokój wystarczający bardzo wygodne łóżko, hotel jest położony w spokojnej okolicy, blisko lotnisko a do centrum około 10min autobusem, dobre położenie i wszędzie blisko, śniadania były okej chociaz był mały wybór i średnia jakość, ogólnie wszystko super patrząc na cenę jaką zapłaciłam

Pros:

Πλούσιο πρωινό με αρκετές διαφορετικές επιλογές. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο και το μπάνιο ευρύχωρο, με σαμπουάν και τα απαραίτητα είδη. Υπήρχε επίσης ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό ως welcome drink.
Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Θετικό επίσης το γεγονός ότι το parking περιλαμβάνεται στην τιμή του δωματίου. Βρίσκεται στο 2ο υπόγειο και οι χώροι είναι σχετικά στενοί, οπότε όσοι δεν έχουν εμπειρία σε τέτοιου είδους parking ίσως δυσκολευτούν λίγο.
Η τοποθεσία είναι καλή, με πρόσβαση σε λεωφορεία προς το κέντρο. Ο χώρος του pool garden είναι όμορφα αξιοποιημένος, αν και η πισίνα είναι σχετικά μικρή και με 6-7 άτομα αρχίζει να γίνεται κάπως περιορισμένη.

Cons:

Η μία μαξιλαροθήκη είχε σκασίματα/φθορές και θα μπορούσε να είχε αντικατασταθεί.
Οι φωτογραφίες της πισίνας στην καταχώρηση δεν ανταποκρίνονταν ακριβώς στην πισίνα που ήταν διαθέσιμη κατά τη διαμονή μας. Βέβαια, είναι πιθανό να υπάρχει και δεύτερη πισίνα που εκείνη την περίοδο δεν ήταν ανοιχτή στο κοινό.
Το air condition είναι κεντρικό για όλο το κτήριο και παρέμενε σταθερό σε μία θερμοκρασία. Παρότι υπήρχε χειριστήριο/οθόνη στο δωμάτιο για αλλαγή της θερμοκρασίας, δεν λειτουργούσε, οπότε δεν υπήρχε ουσιαστικά δυνατότητα προσωπικής ρύθμισης.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Πολύ ωραίο δωμάτιο, μεγάλο, άνετο, πολύ καλό πρωινό, καλή η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου.

Cons:

Η τηλεόραση δεν είχε ήχο και ήταν λίγο μπερδεμένη ιστορία να βρεις κανάλια.

Pros:

Struttura piacevole ben curata e con del personale attento e gentile. Ottima e completa la colazione. Abbiamo cenato una sera e i prezzi sono come in Italia.

Cons:

Assolutamente no la moquette nelle camere e rivedere qualche accessorio del bagno tipo un porta shampoo dentro la doccia.

Hotel fornito di sala fitness, piscina, zona relax, terrazza x drink e altro oltre al park sotterraneo
Posizione a 5 minuti dalla fermata dei bus x il centro (un bus 2 fermate + un'altro bus 2 fermate e sei nella vie centrali di Sofia)
Attenzione nei giorni festivi i bus del centro fanno delle deviazioni e non passano dove vi hanno lasciato, quindi per il rientro in albergo cercate di capire dove passa
