la vista che si poteva ammirare da lì su

Cons:

che fosse troppo su, quindi scomodo per arrivarci e per andare in spiaggia. Inoltre in camera abbiamo avuto praticamente tutti i giorni problemi con l’acqua calda, non potevamo farci una doccia senza prima chiamare lo staff.
Le stanze molto vecchie di arredamento.

Cons:

Struttura fatiscente , muffa , camere disastrate , si trova in altura la struttura, per arrivarci a piedi la sera si impiega 10 min in salita .
Si pagano 5€ a bagaglio per portartelo in struttura dal parcheggio.

Absolut ingenting var bra!

Cons:

Hotellet var risigt , poolen grön, rummen helt ostädade. Sopor och tvätt i varje korridor. Hår överallt , väggarna sönder. Sanitär olägenhet. Vi fick checka ut 2 timmar efter ankomst och bokade annat hotell då dem inte ville åtgärda dedär. De vägrade göra en återbetalning.

Cons:

Hotel scomodo da raggiungere, distante dalle spiagge, posto su una ripidissima salita. Di sera o scendi alle nove e torni a mezzanotte per beneficiare dell'ultimo servizio navetta oppure ti tocca percorrere un lungo sentiero a piedi. Il servizio navetta è su orari altrimenti ti tocca pagarne una privata (sempreché sia disponibile visto che ad un certo orario la piazzetta di ritrovo delle minicar è vuota). Cosa alquanto ridicola poi è il trasporto bagagli: per salire e scendere le proprie valigie occorre pagare 8 euro. Quindi sono 16 euro da pagare a persona a fronte della tassa di soggiorno (che per carità non è imposta dall'hotel).
In merito al trattamento ricevuto dal personale, che dire... Deludente è poco. Il turista dovrebbe essere accolto, invogliato a soggiornare e non posto nella condizione di desiderare di fuggire via dal posto. Personalmente mi sono sentita considerata uno "scarto", dal primo momento in cui ho messo piede in struttura. Personale snob, scortese, diffidente. Addirittura sentir dire da un membro dello staff con i residenti: "Ah non vedo l'ora che passi questo mese di Agosto" alludendo al fatto che i turisti siano insopportabili.
Che dire, non ritornerei manco se mi rimborsassero quanto pagato.

Colazione abbastanza buona, posizione dell’hotel parecchio difficile da raggiungere, soprattutto in salita ripida ed in alto a tutto,se non fosse per le navette che ad un certo punto però sono a pagamento giustamente, lo staff molto gentile ed accogliente!

Cons:

Hotel parecchio trascurato soprattutto nei dettagli, tutto molto vecchio e mal andato come i condizionatori che perdono acqua affianco al letto, problemi tecnici con la temperatura dell’acqua che credo non erano nuovi ma problemi alla caldaia già da tempo come ci hanno fatto capire, ma mai risolti!

J'ai adoré et je retournerai.
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup aimé le déjeuné sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer et sur le beau village de San Angelo.
La chambre aussi était bien calme avec un balcon vue sur mer. Le personnel était très gentil.

Excellent hotel, great location with stunning views and lovely staff. I highly recommend
Pros:

We totally enjoyed our stay here. The hotel whilst classed as budget is much more. We had a amazing sea view which we saw the morning after we arrived as arrived in the dark. The staff are attentive and very pleasant. The swimming pool is warm and heated naturally. A couple of things to save you money. Use the buses it cost €60 to get a taxi from the port to the hotel. It would of been €1.70 If we got the bus. Food is the village is expensive and they all follow the same theme, sea food or pizza. You can get the bus to the main port and have much more choice and cheaper. A basic meal with out wine for two is going to cost at least €100. I highly recommend this hotel and the island, it's stunning and beautiful. We were blessed with amazing weather at the end of September. Given the chance we will return.
