On Booking.com it was claimed to be in the centre but we needed an Uber to get there and back.

superruime kamer, appartement met aparte slaapkamer, living en keuken; leuke pool net goed na de sauna, leuke sauna. Ontbijt voortreffelijk, ruime parkeergarage en supervriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Een beetje bestek in de keuken zou leuk zijn, voor de rest niets op aan te merken.

Frühstück war super, der Preisaufschlag aus meiner Sicht zu hoch. Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter war außergewöhnlich gut.

Cons:

Extrakosten für Parken und Frühstück. Minibar im Zimmer war nicht vorhanden.

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, hervorragendes Frühstück, gute Lage, sehr ruhige und erholsame Nacht.

Cons:

Die Zimmer werden nacheinander überholt, leider hatten wir noch ein altes, aber in Ordnung. Es war sehr kompliziert zum Hotel zu finden, Aachen hat rund um das Hotel Baustellen und Geänderte Verkehrsführung damit kamm das Navi nicht zurecht, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Stilvolles, ruhiges Hotel mit freundlichem Service. Für Gäste mit Auto und Interesse an Wellness ein
Pros:

Upgrade und Suite: Die Juniorsuite war grosszügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und bot mit separatem Sitzbereich deutlich mehr Komfort als ein Standardzimmer. Das unaufgeforderte Upgrade zeigt echte Gastorientierung.
Ruhige Lage: Das Hotel liegt in Burtscheid am Waldrand. Abends und nachts herrscht angenehme Ruhe, ideal zum Abschalten.
Wellnessbereich: Der Spa im römischen Stil mit Schwimmbad und Saunen ist ein echter Mehrwert nach einem langen Tag.

Cons:

Entfernung zur Altstadt: Bis zum Dom und zur Altstadt sind es rund 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zu Fuss ist das Zentrum kaum sinnvoll erreichbar.
Zusatzkosten: Saunanutzung und Parkplatz werden extra berechnet. Bei einem Haus dieser Kategorie würde man das eher inklusive erwarten.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön ausgestattet, das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig. Die Lage ist super, kleine Altstadt ca. 15 min entfernt.
