Super hotel and great reception and bar staff.
Pros:

The hotel is in a peaceful location and is clean and pleasant. My room was spacious and had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. It was lovely having use of the Pool.

Cons:

I only ate in the dining room one evening as although the food when it arrived was delicious the service was extremely slow.

Last option available in Aachen to book after being let down by BnB. A long walk to the bus to travel to horse stadium.
Pros:

Spacious room but very dated.

Good modern hotel & facilities, helpful staff.
Pros:

Modern, spacious, friendly, clean. Quiet suburban area with good bus connections into centre.

Cons:

Only downside was our room (suite) was a bit stuffy and hot, windows could be opened but it really needed a fan / aircon.

Schöne Tage in Aachen zur WM...das Hotel ist in Teilbereichen in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Wohngebiet, ca. 2km zur Stadt. Parken ausserhalb gut möglich, TG vorhanden kostet aber extra. Schwimmbad in diesem Sommer erfrischend...Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, beim Frühstück fehlte es an nichts... das Hotel ist in Teilbereichen etwas in die Jahre gekommen....

Cons:

Die Fotos auf booking.com zeigen Zimmer, die ich nicht gesehen habe oder es war bei der Buchung nicht zu erkennen, dass es unterschiedliche Standards gibt... die Einrichtung im Schwimmbad ist auch etwas überholungsbedürftig, aber tip top sauber. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis zur WM war teuer, aber in der ganzen Stadt...

Völlig überteuert da FEI Meisterschaft ,

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und schön ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Insbesondere die Dusche war sehr schön, eine kleine Pantryküche war vorhanden. Zusätzliche Handtücher, Besteck etc. konnten erfragt werden. Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Die Bäder waren ohne Fenster und rochen etwas muffig. In den Zimmern gab es keine Klimaanlage, während des Aufenthalts wurde es sehr heiß und stickig; um es halbwegs erträglich zu halten, mussten wir tagsüber alle Rolläden und Vorhänge schließen, was die Qualität des Aufenthalts in den Zimmern deutlich minderte. Die Kosten für das Frühstück (24 Euro pro Person pro Tag) waren exorbitant, der Innenpool ist deutlich kleiner als man dies vom Foto schließen würde. Beim Auschecken gab es Probleme beim Lesen meiner ING-Karten, eine Rechnungstellung war nicht möglich, glücklicherweise nutzt meine Tochter eine andere Bank und konnte einspringen sonst hätte ich - gegen entsprechende Gebühr - Bargeld von der nächsten Sparkasse holen müssen. Das Personal am Empfang war sowohl bei telefonischem Kontakt als auch vor Ort sehr kurz angebunden und reserviert. Das Hotel ist recht abgelegen, um in die Stadt zu gelangen braucht man Fahrzeuge; die Parksituation ist kritisch, das hoteleigene Parkhaus kostet 18 Euro pro Tag.

Pros:

Большой и чистый номер. Заселили на полчаса раньше срока, спасибо.
Бассейн маленький, не знаю стоит ли считать его наличие плюсом. Мы даже не пошли.

Cons:

Персонал не приветливый, кондиционера нет, в жару довольно не приятно При наличии холодильника, микроволновки и варочной поверхности из посуды 2 чашки. Мне было без надобности, но весьма странно. Парковка платная.
