Pros:

Großzügige Zimmer, sehr sauber und eine tolle Lage

Cons:

Parkhaus ist etwas eng, war mit SUV bei einigen Parkplätzen dennoch kein Problem (vorausgesetzt die jeweiligen Parkplätze sind frei)

Ci siamo trovati bene
Pros:

Ottima posizione centrale per chi vuole soggiornare nella via principale. Posto tranquillo dopo la mezzanotte vista la vicinanza con la movida lignanese. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi compresa la spiaggia con ombrellone incluso nel prezzo.
Molto comodo avere il parcheggio riservato. Anche se in remoto Marlene alla reception attenta e presente.

Všetko bolo super aj čistota aj lokalita až na ten hluk odpadov keď sa niekto sprchoval a splachoval hlavne v noci 🙈

Poor service, premium location
Pros:

We stayed for 1 night. Spacious apartment with basic furniture and basic service. Parking on site. Location is premium; literally on the pedestrian street, few minutes from the beach.
We arrived at 18:00. The employee had left the reception. After 1 hour and many calls, the owner was informed and she kindly came to check us in.
I do recommend it, but I will not stay here again because of the poor service.

It was a very uncomplicated stay in an apartment, that had everything and more to offer, to make us feel at home.
Pros:

Easy to find, very well located, enough parking Spaces available, everything was very clean

Cons:

The Gate to the street was Open at Night, I would have preferred it to be closed and opened by key or code
